I am happy to have found a new home with Paula for all of my Spa needs.  I regularly visit and use the Infrared Sauna to help with my muscle pain and it makes me feel great!  Paula is very knowledgeable about the services and very friendly which makes for great conversation.  The location is very clean and calming with great lighting and soothing music.  There are also monthly deals that are great for people like me who use spa services on a budget!  Thank you Paula! This is a very beautiful establishment to be in. Paula is so friendly and nice. Only thing if you have coarse thick body hair and have dark skin, don't come here for that. The hairs will either stay unaffected or just grow right back with the same thickness. But i did have my belly line, armpits, and mustache areas done, and the results are VERY noticeable! I had been water fasting for a few days to detox and was interested in trying an infrared sauna. I made an appointment for an hour session. Previously I've only been in traditional saunas where you're basically suffocating in 5 minutes but infrared saunas heat internally so it would be a different experience. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable. She gave us our towels and water and shared some stories of people who've healed a lot with releasing toxins. The first 5 minutes is hot but nothing unbearable and you get a dew like sweat (think a yoga session) then before you know it your entire body is dripping. Literally scalp, knees, feet, every place in your body. We drank a ton of water and just sat though you can bring your phone if you'd like. Right after leaving we decided to hike nearby and both of us felt incredible. Literally tingly skin, a lightness, and a regenerated feeling that was really impressive. Also a few days afterwards our skin was visibly glowing. I live in the city and will definitely be making this spa part of my wellness ritual. I honestly haven't felt that good after a massage. Paula is great! I have been getting laser hair on my back for the past year and a half (I was a gorilla) and she has been a pleasure to be around. She is accommodating to my schedule, especially when I need a last minute change. Paula is extremely personable and is interested in more than just collecting your money. I am at the very tail end of my laser experience and it has been outstanding. My back hair is gone and have softer skin and no negative side effects from the treatment. She has the best and most up to date equipment and I would recommend her over every place in the area! More...

I'm so glad I overcame my anxiety about laser hair removal. Today, I had my first appointment at Rejuva New You and was so pleased! Everything was super easy and comfortable, from the ease of scheduling my appointment, to how Paula the owner explained everything and put me at ease, to the actual laser treatments which were PAINLESS. The laser removal here works like a CHARM! I've had 2 sessions done on my underarms and I haven't shaved in weeks. It actually worked immediately.
