We got what we needed to get notarized in a short period of time and for a fair and reasonable price. Best notary that I've had to deal with. If there was any downside it would just be the parking. I called to set up an appointment, she was very flexible with scheduling. Her office suite is at the end of the hallway to the left. Just read the building signs and you will find it. Parking was sufficient, I was in and out in about 20 mins, she was well informed and had her state certifications on the side of her desk. Will be coming back next year. We've been going to H&R Block for our taxes in the past and we were ready to move on to a new tax person. My wife and I were referred to Reina from my coworker, who has been going to her for years. I called Reina to make an appointment and she was very friendly and easy to talk to over the phone. She has a modest little office in a "mom and pop" plaza in Arleta. Reina was very professional and organized. She explained everything she was doing and she made us feel very comfortable. The best part is that she is very knowledgeable about current tax laws and rules. Reina gave us tips on how to prepare for next year's taxes and save important documents to help improve our deductions. Needless to say, we will be going to her from now on for our income taxes.
