One of the main things I believe that sets me a part is the fact that I’ve been through my own fitness journey. As well as I teach you how to build a lifestyle and substain it awhile after you’re done training with me. There are no fat diets or crazy things that I will make you do to help you lose weight.

I have trained with Coach Alex for six months. Prior to meeting Coach Alex I struggled with what to eat what time to eat what type of workouts I needed to do to be able to reach and sustain my fitness goals. I tried every diet up under the sign and nothing would stick. I would just revert back to old habits. Once I met coach Alex she changed my whole mindset on thinking about food. We trained as well as we focus on my nutrition and within months I started to see my body transforms and I can’t be more grateful that I met her. I am able to enjoy all of the foods that I want and still maintain my body. I’ve learned so much from her not only about fitness but overall life and she is the best! Money well spent. My clients are able to achieve there goals by learning the tools on how to live a balance lifestyle. With the tools and techniques that I offer clients will be able to see visible results without cutting their favorite meals or snacks.

Balance lifestyle with the freedom to enjoy it. As well as staying consistent and determine. 

My favorite part about what I do is helping people fall in love with theirselves all over again with their body their minds and they’re overall life. 

What inspired me was the lack of knowledge on how to truly transform your body without having to do crazy fad diet. I had unlocked the tool to understand that you can lose weight/fat without starving yourself. I’ve been sharing my tools and techniques with anyone that is willing to learn how to transform their life as well as their body. 

I believe the reason why a client should choose me is not only have I been through the struggle of trying to lose weight and drop fat I will learn how to change my lifestyle to sustain my body goals that I reached.  I have years of expertise training in my field as well as working with people from 25 all way up to 65. In a matter of five weeks clients start to see subtle changes. 

My business is mainly online currently. In person training is all booked for the month of July and August. Would being able to train online and when slot become available my online clients get first dibs on in person training. There is no reason to wait until a slot opens up to start training I highly suggest signing up for online coaching to be able to build the habit of training and then transition into in person. 

To keep my customer safe from COVID-19 majority of my clients are online. The clients that see me in person I’ll make sure all of the gym equipment stays clean wipe them off before and after each client.
