You cannot do better than Realtor Tina Patterson. We were referred to her to sell our house that had been languishing on the market for six months. She immediately took charge of the situation, told us exactly what was needed to sell it and in relatively short time got us way more than we ever expected. She was at the house on a regular basis making sure it was always ready for showing, doing whatever was needed and when we found a buyer, she guided us through the sales process in a most though and effective manner. Steven Spector is a real estate agent who looks after your interests and knows exactly what you are looking for. He takes the time necessary to get to know you and then he searches for a match that is suitable. He is diligent and works hard to find the place of your dreams. I have known Steven now for two years. I bought my first condo from him and a year later he sold it for me at a good profit because he knew the market and helped me to price it..
