Today my husband and I had the pleasure of eating the Catfish Basket at the Murrieta Farmer's Market. The catfish was delicious and the cajun fries had just the right amount of spice. About a month ago I had the beignets and they were so light and fresh. I will be following them as they will be at the Father's Day Car Show in Murrieta and the Balloon and Wine Festival in Temecula. I had the pleasure of starting off my New Year with Red's Catering's amazing Gumbo! I used Red's Catering for an event with roughly 15-20 people and the event was perfect. I put the party together last minute and I was craving some good southern Gumbo and I was recommended Red's Catering through a family friend who has tried their delicious creole foods throughout local Inland Empire events. The staff was so nice, quickly responsive, and quoted me a great price for the Gumbo.All of my guests absolutely LOVED the Gumbo! The Gumbo was cooked so perfectly and was so flavorful it made me feel like I was back in Louisiana. I would highly recommend Red's Catering for any event and I cant wait to use them for future events! More...

I went to the car show on Saturday up Cal Oaks sports park. When grabbing a bite to eat I noticed Reds. I was first drawn in by the friendly people working there. They looked like they were having so much fun cooking, I figured it must be good. I ordered the Jambalaya bowl, SO GOOD. I was so excited when I saw that they had Beignets. I have been craving them first trying them in New Orleans. Reds made them EXACTLY the same. I was in heaven. It was like eating a cloud rolled in sugar. I didn't get a chance to try the po'boy (I can only eat so much) but the people beside me couldn't stop raving. All in all I would say great food, great service A+. We've used Red's Catering twice now for our events of about 100 people. They were there on time, set up, and had the food ready to go when requested. And the food was really, really good!
