I requested a moving service with short notice and Redline Moving was able to accommodate no problem. Alibek, Ivan, and Yerzhan we're very professional and hard working. They wrapped all our furniture and handled it with care. We were a bit behind packing everything in boxes and they were able to work around us while we finished up and helped with the final items. Ivan and Ilya were really great. They wrapped my furniture with care and listened to all my concerns and needs. It was a very long day for us but when everything arrived at my new place all was in perfect condition. They were great to work with and as I said before very very responsive to desires and requests. I called Redline Moving to help us move all our stuff from our third floor one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom townhouse. From the start the crew were extremely professional and gave the impression they really knew what they were doing which is exactly what I needed as I was so stressed out with logistics and getting everything prepared. We ended up calling in a third guy in to help things go a bit more smoothly (had more to move than I thought!) and the entire time Ivan was extremely transparent about timing, pricing, and what was needed to get the job done which really impressed me! With lots of stairs and record high temperatures it was not the most fun move ever, but they were in good spirits and treated all of our items with care and precision - nothing was broken or scuffed at all. We were so lucky to find Redline Moving - Alibek and Ivan made our move across town seamless. They didn't stop moving for five hours! ! Even when they found out I had two stair cases at my new apartment! They were kind and polite and didn't let me carry a thing. Both of them were very intentional about packing and unpacking, making sure nothing was damaged and everything was unpacked into the correct spot in my new place. Redline moving did an excellent job packing up my house (10 hours) and the next day moving me in! (11.5 hours). Update**Given the review I made prior, the company immediately called to ask how the move went. Also offered some cash back for the inconvenience. That speaks volumes when a company is willing to do this. I respect Redline a lot for caring about the service they provide. --Everything started out great but the movers specifically acted as if they didn't speak any English while they were moving my stuff. When I would attempt to communicate with them they would give me one word answers and nothing more. I have a two bedroom apartment with a garage I thought it would take maximum of four hours to move my two bedroom apartment to a storage unit 10 minutes down the road, but it actually took six hours to which I was kind of shocked. The movers did not have any sense of urgency and it almost seemed as if they were trying to milk an hour or more of time. One guy was on his phone the entire time and the other kept checking his phone and texting repeatedly throughout the duration of time. It took the movers four hours to move a two bedroom apartment into the truck. Mind you over half of my stuff was in the garage all ready to go because I spent the last three weeks packing up everything I could into storage bins to make it very easy very simple and very fast for the movers. I believed it could have taken them an hour on my garage in an hour to an hour and a half on the actual apartment. Now given that it was six hours obviously I'm going to pay what I owe, but what disturbed me was after I paid almost $1000 for six hours the main person that I was communicating with who barely spoke any English to me asked me repeatedly for a tip. Ehen I told him I don't have much cash because I didn't expect to come out of pocket so much initially, he Even went to the length of you can Venmo cash app as a tip. No I wasn't expecting to pay almost $1000 to move my two bedroom apartment so they soaked time up and dried up any tips they could have had. All I had on me was five dollars cash after I paid him and I told him sorry but this is all I have and I tried to hand him the money and he shook his head told me no and walked away from me. As a customer I felt very disrespected. Bold enough to repeatedly ask for a tip but when five dollars was all I could give he rejected it. That tells me a lot about a person. Redline Moving did an excellent job on my recent move in July 2022. I booked them with 4 movers moving out of an apartment into a townhouse with a lot of stairs. The moving crew Alibek, Ivan, Andrei, Ivan were very professional, fast, and efficient. The They provided all packing supplies and finished the job in 7 hours which includes the drive time. I had to move my event equipment out of 3 garages and into 1 storage unit. Ivan and Ivan (yes, they were both named Ivan) were friendly, fast, careful, kind and efficient! ! Adding to the great reviews here. From start to finish these guys are great! I've worked with several moving companies over the past 2 decades and this team might be our new favorite. They were very responsive by phone, email, and text to make the booking within a very short amount of time. 2 Guys came out Evan and Evan, yes they confirmed they have the same name! We live on a very narrow hillside street. They figured out where to park easily with no complaints. They thoroughly went through the items to be moved and had an entire 1 bedroom apartment packed up within an hour. We dropped off half the items at a donation place and the other half at a house. The entire job took about 2.5 hours. Well worth the 3 hour minimum though because it would have taken all day to do it ourselves! Evan and Evan took great care of our things. A review is to help you decide using a specific company or not review. It's so hard to muddle through the five and one stars; I think it's a game of chance, a roll of the dice. I can tell you unequivocally that I rolled a double 6 with Redline moving. We all have our expectations and pray that they are somewhat answered. My daughter of 25 was moving into her first apartment, and she was so surprised at how nice "Ivan and Ivan" were and how carefully they handled all her precious items, including the five provided wardrobe boxes, and did I say how nice they were. I think the positive experience will last a long time with her; They wowed even my EX, which is not easy to do. They were quick friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend and will be using them only from now on! 80 bucks for a piano move not bad! ! They are cheaper than anyone else I talked to and they didn't call me a thousand times asking if I wanted to use them. I signed up for an estimate, got it right away but then I waited a whole day looked around and then decided to confirm with them! It was so easy and pleasant. From the first interaction over Thumbtack to the move, I had a great experience. Tony who handled communications in the beginning made me feel at ease with my decision on selecting them with my move. Very clear on what to expect during the move and the cost of the move.It happen to be Super Bowl weekend which meant a ton of traffic, the crew communicated they were going to delayed to traffic and kept us in informed till arrival. When arriving we had a parking situation due to the building rules, the crew worked with me to help diffused the situation which I appreciated very much. As the move continued, it was very apparent that move was going to take more than 4 hours like we intended. We had more stuff than anticipated and in total it took about 7 hours to move which the team work their ass off to move us safely and efficiently. Unfortunately I did not get the crew's name but they were amazing, very kind and considerate. They adapted to whatever came our way and we had a successful move. I had chosen Redline based on their ratings & reviews on Yelp, which isn't always the best indicator. However, this time it worked out tremendously. They showed up on time, even calling ahead when they were going to be 10 minutes late. When they arrived they hit the ground running. They took a quick tour of the place and assessed what needed to be done. They listened to our request to load the large furniture items first so that they could be unloaded last. They wrapped all the furniture in cellophane and blankets to keep them safe during the move. They were very organized and methodical and finished the job in less time than anticipated. I found Redline on Yelp after another moving company was unresponsive. Redline was quick to respond and had better rates. They are also a verified business .We had two movers come with a GIANT truck. I have to commend them because the job wasn't easy and they were so great. When they arrived there was an issue with street parking so we ended up having to park across the street in about 6 parking spots, they were ok doing this as long as I paid for any potential tickets. I just hung outside just in case. They moved things pretty quickly. It took maybe 2 hours or less to load the truck. Everything was packaged really well. I also really liked the movers! I had a great experience hiring Redline Moving! My 3-person team arrived on time, worked hard all day, and were highly efficient packers. They accommodated my complex move (multiple pickup and drop off locations), were highly communicative, and efficiently packed my storage unit! BONUS!
