WOW!!! They did the flowers for my wedding. They really went above what I expected. They were great about showing us different arrangements that would go with our colors and the main flower I wanted (sunflowers). We had it all picked out. Reviews matter the most to me. I had forgotten my mom's birthday! Yikes, I know I don't deserve to eat this week so I had to make it up with flowers. I'm out of state and called in and requested a custom arrangement of specific flowers, colors and budget. My sig other showed me something from a tv show (Housewives of Doing Nothing) and wanted something as gorgeous. The finished product delivered was an absolute MASTERPIECE! It looked better than the pictures we sent. Thank you guys so much for working very diligently and creating such a beautiful arrangement! Will only be coming to you guys for my flower needs from now!

I love this place! I ordered flowers for a friend and they came out so nice compared to the other florists I've ordered from before. Their pricing was actually pretty fair. The other florist I ordered from charge me $10 more for a dozen roses and they didn't even look as nice as the ones they did as Redlands Bouquet. One of the best parts of the whole order was that they emailed me a picture of the arrangement at the door so I could see what it looked like. They normally don't do that but I asked nicely. My all time favorite florist! Valerie and Jamie know what they're doing everytime I place an order. Everything is always amazing and they are so friendly. I feel like they genuinely care about my experience even if I'm picky from time tot time. They always remember my family and have even done my wedding floral. I googled florists in Redlands Ca. I like to do business directly not online so they know exactly what I want and hopefully make more money that way. .I ordered just saying give me lasting pretty spring flowers with a few roses for my aunt..they were terrific texting me photos of what they just arranged,but then we decided to do a bit different..the flowers were fresh today,arrangement was fabulous,got delivered ASAP to a very happy lady.. Redlands Bouquet Florists & More is the absolute BEST! Jamie, the owner, provided five star customer service when, after I called several other very unhelpful Redlands Florists, he happily agreed to customize an arrangement to include wine, nuts, and flowers. He was patient, took the time to listen, and said YES to everything I wanted to include in the arrangement without any resistance or difficulty. He was such a nice, positive guy! And when I was ordering the customized arrangement, I was thinking to myself that it was going to cost a small fortune...but it was super reasonable! I wanted to hug the guy through the phone! Valerie is amazing! I went to several other florist around my venue and they seemed to disregard what I wanted and try to sell me what they thought I needed for the big day. Valerie was the only person that listened to what I wanted and worked with me. She made amazing flower arrangements that fit within our budget.
