Top notch. The electrician was awesome. Rick was as honest as I have ever met. I was initially going to be charged for work that needed to be done. A ground to my house appeared to be missing and was going to cost an additional 600 dollars to do. As he was well into the job he discovered that there was a ground and advised me that the 600 would be removed from bill. I would have never known had it not been for his honesty. Keith was here on time. He gave me an estimate for work I requested. The price was very good so we added some additional work, replaced light switches and wall outlet. He installed two light fixtures and a ceiling fan. He gave me a feeling of confidence that he was doing a good job, which he did! Cleaned up after and took the debris. Excellent service. The technician, Rick, was good and professional and did the job well. My only complaint is that there is a $49 transportation fee just to come out to give an estimate. This is fine, but the technician was not able to do the work the same day and Rick said to ask the office to waive the fee and they refused. As a result, we were charged an additional $49 transportation fee the next day when he did the work. It was not our fault the work was not done the same day of the estimate. UPDATE: The company ended up refunding one of the transportation fee charges, stating that is not how they do business and it never should have been charged twice; it must have been a miscommunication.
