It was a very nice atmosphere in red lobster. We had a great customer service and delicious fresh food. The waitress was very polite and patient with us as we were deciding on what to order. we got the big plates of salmon, lobster, shrimps,  extra bowl of crab legs, broccoli, white rice etc. The food was very satisfying. I can't say that price wise it was the best option but for what we've got in terms if service and taste was fine. I think you could find more less expensive places like this with same quality food but still I would put 5 stars. More...

Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was getting busy at arrival but the hostess and wait staff were highly organized and got seated quickly. Service was lovely, efficient and timely but never rushed. I came in already knowing what I wanted. The Pirate Bay coconut shrimp is to die for. The shrimp is good, but what really seals it is the pina colada sauce that comes with it. It is what it is, as they say, and it was great! We were seated right away on a Friday night around 5:00. There was a Happy Hour special until 6:00 we took advantage of, $4 house wine. Love the atmosphere of the place. We went on a Friday so it was pretty busy but ordered the endless shrimp. BF got a salad with ceaser dressing but the dressing was so sour he wouldn't eat it. Ate all my shrimp and sat there with empty glass, and the waiter never asked if I wanted to place another order until I had a empty plate and stacked it on the edge of the table. We went to check out the endless shrimp entree and had a great experience worth getting! Our server Angel had amazing customer service even to recognize that our son was disabled and showed him love and it was our sons birthday and he brought him a dessert and sang to him which brought a smile to my son. For the most part, when one looks at the menu of any given restaurant, the more expensive items tend to be either steaks or seafood due to the amount of care taken to them. While this review doesn't focus on the former, I do talk about the latter with respect to Red Lobster, probably the only chain casual dining restaurant I can think of that focuses specifically on seafood. This place is a good spot for one's seafood craving if you're looking for something inexpensive, but how does it compare to other seafood restaurants in town? That was something that my mother and I ended up answering during our visit to the restaurant.Our server, Razhan, was very prompt and attentive, and would always check in on us every so often to make sure that we were okay and didn't need anything; when we did, he'd make sure that we'd have what we needed as soon as could, despite how busy the restaurant was at the time of the review.What of the food, though? My mother ordered the Seafarer's Feast; on the other hand, I ended up ordering the wood-grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon. Between the both of us, we had enough of the different types of seafood to taste for ourselves how well the seafood came out. For my plate in particular, the lobster and shrimp were very tender and flavorful; the salmon, while a bit overdone, was still very tasty and moist. Of course, I ended up polishing the plate, while my mother ended up taking some of her food to go because of the portion size. She enjoyed her food immensely, though, which is what matters.As for dessert, we ordered the vanilla bean cheesecake; one of the things we enjoyed about this item is that it's decadent and indulgent, but also surprisingly light compared to other cheesecakes that we've had in other restaurants. Needless to say, that was inhaled by the both of us very quickly!So what were our thoughts on Red Lobster? It'll certainly get the job done -- I will be the first to admit that there are several other restaurants that specialize in seafood that I would go to first if I had the opportunity to. However, as Red Lobster was and continues to be one of my favorite restaurants from my past, I have a bit of nostalgia for this place and come here just as often as I did back then. I know this Yelp review is long overdue, for as long as we have been going here, I really don't think we have ever had a bad experience at this location. We decided to go during endless Shrimp for my wife's birthday, although she didn't have endless shrimp, but I sure as hell did. As usual the wait staff was great, and we had the pleasure of having Luis L., as our waiter. We're the type of crowd/family that always intermingles with our wait staff, and we try and make it a pleasurable experience.  Because as well all know, and have been there at one point in time or another, it's not easy pleasing everyone, especially the general public. Well, this time we had Luis L., and he was a character and a half. He was very interactive with our group, and he was giving it back, as much as he was taking it. He wasn't afraid to give it right back, which made the night a memorable night, especially since we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Stopped by for a late lunch, Celebration with my husband. I'm so happy we did. The service here is absolutely AMAZING, always! And the food is fresh and delicious.Big shared parking lot, clean restaurant, good food, and great prices.As we walked in Jenny welcomed us. I have been eating at RL since the 80's! Red Lobster is CLASSIC in my book, so many happy memories from over the years! Christina W. Awesome guest service. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. There are many great words to describe her but being 2 weeks later, I'm at a loss for those words. Customer service is priority on my list when I go places. October 14, 2019 I wanted Steak and Lobster, I enjoy the biscuits as well. I always enjoy the food at Red Lobster. Biggest compliment is I always have a lot of leftovers to take home. Never fails, because the food is that delicious. I recommend the Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer. My favorite sides are Asparagus and Tomato Caprese. I also have to get the Peach Tea. If the customer service isn't that great most times the meal isn't going to be that great either. I will admit it has been YEARS since I have been to Red Lobster. It just isn't my thing. So I really wasn't looking foward to the visit when my friend insisted he felt like endless shrimp. I didn't, but I decided to take one for the team.I was pleasantly surprised that in on a Friday in the heart of Times Square the place wasn't packed with a line of people waiting. But then again, it was early. I arrived there at 4 and was able to be immediately seated upstairs even though my boyfriend was running late. I recieved the requisite cheesy biscuits and ordered a Bahama Mama. Best Bahama Mama I've had in a while! Tasty and not light on the liquor. Service was great. Our waitress was very accommodating. Especially when an extra person showed up to our table for 2. We weren't hassled to hurry up as we talked over drinks. But she was ready and waiting when we were ready to order. I didn't like being reminded by the waitress that you can't share the endless shrimp. I guess it IS Red Lobster. But other than that, I'm glad I came. Shrimp was typical shrimp. A few friends and I realized we have in common, that none of us had eaten at Red Lobster before, so we made a plan to go despite seeing that this particular location has only 2. 5 stars on Yelp. Boy were we in for a surprise. We had a fantastic time. The food arrived timely and mostly tasted very good. I ordered a lobster dish and my dish was probably the worst of the spread, but I tasted the other plates and everything else was really better. My conclusion is either that lobsters are ironically not the restaurant's strong suit, or my particular order on this day didn't meet a usual expectation. They get a pass on my dish because everything else was delicious.The atmosphere of the restaurant is well set. Casual, but not too loud. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. This is important. The waitress, Laura, deserves to be mentioned by name. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
