The food is delicious. I love how bright thos locations is. They have a cozy area with beautiful leather chair seating and it's nice and bright at the North Las Vegas location.

They were very considerate to ask if we were okay to be seated in a cold area, then sat us in another. They didn’t make us sit in an area they were trying to fix the ac. ❤️

Hmmm i wonder if im even in the same place....got in and hot seated after 5 minutes of waiting , lady said they were busy. .. they is not that busy... we got sat and have been here 15 minutes without even a drink order...dammm this place was so much different the last two times, ir was near flawless... this is embarrassing, but behold to my eyes faye the best server here came to us and placed in our order, hopefull she can bring them back from a 1 to a 5.. and now found she is leaving for the day :( she took care of us even though she was leaving and not even her table.and got our side salads and appetizer in a heartbeat..... #fayeisthebest ,steven the new server will now be taking care of us..lets see how this night goes.. so far.. its an interesting one, steven is nice and friendly , hopefully he ends up being as good, he cleaned our table without us asking we told him we wanted refill on the biscuits, and drinks.. nice touch it climbed to a three star.. so the peach tea..so good.. the baked potato not seasoned but still good..the lob/shrimp roll not seasoned and toasted enough but still enjoyable...the southwest lobster tacos were out of this world.. flavor , sauce, delish , oh yasss i would get it again, it got up to a 4 star.. thw food and steven made the grade.. it would of been 5 if steven had been more observant like faye and had gotten our refills without asking as she did.. the service was not on there A-game but communicating is key to service, todays lesson.. hope they learn.., other then that my fiance enjoyed the meal as did i.. the coconut shrimp woth pina coolata sauce was legit good, and the biscuits all good all day, hope they get better next time More...

It was a horrible experience. We were told there was a 20 min wait. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. The restaurant was empty. Once we were finally seated our server was triple seated. It took 15 min to place our drink order and can’t even tell you how long it took to get our orders taken. I had to get up and go to the bar to get cocktail napkins. Myself. When we asked for silverware we were told they were out of silverware and the server proceeded to give us to-go PLASTIC silverware. Our bill came to $112.00 before tip. I expect WAY better service and no to eat on plastic silverware. Several other tables walked out. We had our 94 year old grandmother with us so we stayed unfortunately as it’s a lot to get her in and out of the car. More...

Today's grand opening. i went there for lunch and had the salmon,lobster, and skewered shrimp with broccoli and rice. Cooked to perfection and my server was Steve.
