A good meal and nice service! Friday night date night with my kiddo and she wanted to take mom to Red Lobster (thanks grandparents). ... I had never been to this location so went in with an open mind.20 minute wait although their app said 5 minutes. Literally half of the tables were unseated so I'm really unsure why we had to stand in the lobby for so long. But, we did. Once seated, our server was so kind the whole time and repeatedly mentioned his own kiddos; he clearly has a heart for family. Everything came out timely and was good!Biscuits are what they are, amazing. The pick two shrimp with scampi and fried shrimp really hit the spot, it was a nice sampler and I took home several shrimp. Salad was fresh, probably would pass on the mashed potatoes next time. Kiddo ordered Mac and cheese with fries. Fries are actually pretty good but I think the Mac is Kraft. If so, it drives me nuts when restaurants serve this. We don't want Kraft for 5.99 when we eat it once a week at home for $1. Our server comped us a kids sundae that was devoured in no time! SO kind of him! Only reason i didnt give it the usual 5 stars...So i frequent this place and it is definately my go to. I havent been there in a few months due to being so bz. We went for an early New Year celebration. Ordered our usual. First off, lighting was super horrible. We were in the tables in the middle to the right of the hostess. There was 7 of us. We literally turned on our flashlights and put it under the cups to try and produce more light because we wanna see what we eating. Food came out, and it was bland. No flavor. Even the Butter was tasteless. No salt or whatevers, i was super disappointed. We took our food home and i played fix it at home, adding flavor. The service was awesome and the food was amazing. We hardly had any leftovers because it was so good. As always, the cheddar bay biscuits were so delicious! I ordered a strawberry lemonade and when I asked for a refill the server informed me that the drink didn't have free refills but regular lemonade did. Most places would just refill and charge you, so I really appreciated him letting me know. More...

My boyfriend and I came and got the $17.99 4-course feast. It was $14.99 because we came during happy hour and it was the best deal! We each got soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. We also tried the seafood stuffed mushrooms which were really good. All of the food was delicious and our waitress Maria gave us the BEST service. I read some of the reviews so I was thinking I would not have a good experience. just goes to show you have to judge things for yourself. We went to eat during Happy Hour on NY Eve and we had wonderful service.Our server was Austin and he was very nice, pleasant and efficient. It has been awhile since having a meal here. Boy, we were glad we did. Ordered the seafood artichoke dip for appetizer. It was delicious. We arrived for an early dinner, place was not busy, got our booth in less then 10 minutes. Â Started with those warm and delicious biscuits. Â Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and crab Rangoon (our waitress's suggestion) for appetizers, hot and tasty!I ordered a cup of chowder and the "ultimate feast" lump lobster in butter sauce, grilled scallops, Wally shrimp and coconut shrimp along with the lobster mashed potatoes. Came here again, excellent waitress. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had mussels and sauce was so good with garlic toast, then salad which was not good but no need to remove star but it was a bit wilted and neither of us enjoyed it, I got Walt's coconut shrimp and loaded potato loved that pina colada sauce yum, son had mashed potatoes and baked potato the little carbs lol, he had snow crab and it was fresh, we both loved our desserts. Had an early dinner at the Red Lobster on Marks St in Henderson. I realize the place is located on a parking lot shared by several businesses, but. ..dang... clean up your exterior now & again. More often than you do now. Â Entering the business you pass by or walk through cigarette butts, plastic shopping bags, broken plastic cups, even an empty liquor bottle. Just assorted trash strewn about their front entrance & desert landscape wrapped around the base of the building.Once inside we were seated quickly. Our waitress, Chiral, was very attentive, cordial & really knew the menu, explaining all specials. My wife & I both ordered the Thursday special, a 4 course 'Feast' consisting of a cup of soup, a salad, an entree & a desert. I chose the clam chowder, hot & delicious. For the salad, I went with Caesar salad, cool, crisp & very refreshing. The entree for me was the Cajun Chicken Linguini. Just wonderful, piping hot, creamy & buttery. The desert was a triple chocolate brownie ala mode. The wife went with a house salad with blue cheese dressing, a cup of their potato bacon soup & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, with an extra side of the lobster mashed potatoes. Her meal was also very good. The Linguini was hot & saucy. Â The salad crisp & fresh. And she just loved the lobster mashed potatoes. Our drinks were peach lemonade for me & Boston peach ice tea for her. Both were great. I wish the soup & salad came out separately. Give us a head start on the hot soup before bringing out the cool salad.Chiral must've been watching from a discrete distance, the entree's arrived just as we were nearing the end of the salads. In the men's room, although clean & neat, one of the towel dispensers had a busted door. Red lobster has always been known for their quality seafood. Their servings are generous and the prices, do a bit on the steep side, or worth it if you can afford it. For that alone I dropped one star. The day I went I was waiting on by a young man named Jesse. He was prompt, efficient, professional, courteous, friendly and amenable. The roasted veggie dish I had was delivered by another server and it came without sweet potatoes. Within 5 minutes Jesse saw the dish and went back to the kitchen to find out what the problem was. He approached and apologetically told me they had run out of sweet potatoes. He also said they should not have even served it. He offered to deduct it from the bill. What a nice touch. To our waiter Juan, what CAN'T he do?! you were more enjoyable tonight than our food (WHICH WAS AMAZING). You took the best care of us and are by far the BEST waiter Red Lobster could ever be graced with having. Red lobster if you are reading this GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. We loved him. He took care of us. If ever I'm in the area, then I'll always stop in to get some chowder and those cheddar bay biscuits! Luckily, I was in town and decided to pop in. I was waited on by Mary, the bartender, and she was super friendly, down to earth, and had a "wicked" Boston accent. I connected with her immediately. She suggested a new shrimp appetizer on the menu, so I thought I'd trust her and give it a whirl. So glad that I did! She was right - it was delicious! The clam chowder and the biscuits were just as good as I remembered. Before I left, Mary happily brought me some biscuits to go (can't wait to have those later) and she gave me a to-go cup for my water. Perfect!Love it when I get service that exceeds my expectations. If you're ever in the Valencia area, this Red Lobster is a hit. Friendly staff, clean place, and fast service. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, Mary. This place is an amazing upgrade from our Red Lobster in the Portland area. We stopped in here on our way from Seattle to Portland for our daughter's birthday dinner. We were seated immediately at a booth. Our server introduced herself and took our drink orders to give us time to decide on food.After placing our orders we received our favorite biscuits and shortly after that received our soups and salads. Everything was very good. Salads were fresh and crisp and the clam chowder was hot. When our dinners arrived we were all served at one time which was great!! That doesn't always happen for us since we generally have 4-7 in our party. The food was all prepared great and tasted even better. The fried shrimps were crisp and not greasy. The pasta was nicely cooked and the salmon and lobster were cooked perfectly. Our server and the manager were really great when I had a small issue with my pasta. All of the staff here were really great and very friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. If you want good seafood and great service this is the place to eat. Definitely will be coming back here again!! My husband and I came here the other night to celebrate my birthday. Best server we have ever had here tonight (been coming for ten years)! Jillian made our night, and we appreciate her. She personally gets five stars - and the restaurant 4. Besides being a good server she answered our questions, eXplained the menu well and helped us all choose something different that we enjoyed. One downside is the app doesn't give you much time to redeem a reward. Two and a half weeks maybe? We have earned three rewards so far and haven't been back fast enough to use any of them, sad to say. So we don't feel rewarded at all, to be honest.
