If you're looking for great salmon, this is the place in the west valley. Salmon is so good for you, and there is good salmon, mediocre salmon, and THIS salmon! My dad always took my mom to Red Lobster for their Anniversary and her Birthday before he passed away. I took her tonight to celebrate. Jermanay was so awesome with my mom and made it really special. I was really impressed with the service we received while eating dinner tonight. We did not have to wait long considering we were a very large party. The waitress kept up with everyones special demands and we had several, she got all our orders correct. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn't need anything. On the way out my daughter was curious about the lobsters and the greeter actually pulled out a lobster from the tank and let her tough it. Pretty awesome customer service. Please give Cameron a raise and get your CEO to shake that man's hand!  I came on Yelp to compliment him, but I see he's very popular already. While we may just be one more compliment to add to his list, I hope that he truly knows how much we appreciated him!We've eaten at this red lobster many times and it's always been pleasant and the food has been good but tonight I HAD to jump in and post my compliments to our server and to Red Lobster for hiring Cameron. Cameron was the best server I have ever had in my 37 years. From the moment we walked in to be seated he was pleasant and personable. Red Lobster - I don't know how you snagged him, but you are very fortunate to have a staff member like Cameron. Please recognize him for his exceptional work ethic, wonderful personality and courteousness. Our 8 year old insisted we make sure to send thanks and give him a $100 tip. I couldn't quite swing the extra $100 (though I really wish I could have) but I can certainly get on Yelp and recommend you ALL go to red lobster and cross your fingers to be seated in Cameron's section. Our server Cameron was the absolute best. We came to celebrate winning a soccer tournament. The staff congratulated my son and even gave him a card which they signed and put cash in. We were sat fast.  Pretty clean resteraunt and bathroom is clean.  Waitress was polite and very helpful.  She was there when needed but not too pushy.  My wife ordered mahi mahi and was really good.  I ordered two lobster tails and lobster shrimp linguini with green beans.  It sas delicious.  Kids menu was easy ordering and great choices that kids love.  You can see into the kitchen depending on seating.  We had a great time. Had a great experience here the other night. Our server was great, so friendly. Our food came out in a good amount of time; it was hot and delicious. The manager came by twice to see how we were doing as well and also made polite conversation. Another server even came over to talk to our daughter about Christmas and Santa, and then offered to let her pet a lobster on our way out! She loved it. We will definitely be back again. More...

One word... "Trevor". Yup! This is a game changer right here! Trevor took an ordinary dinner and elevated it to level 10. I can't remember the last time I had a dining assistant make a trip the the local chain restaurant a off the charts experience . The group ordered shrimp every way red lobster prepared it, and it was delicious, no complaints.....but honestly, I'll go back just for the Trevor experience in the future. Holy Cow!!!! Red lobster may have lost its reputation over the years however, this has to be changing. Let me start off with the service, in my 29 years of existence I have never ever received such AMAZING service from our waiter Cameron. We went to celebrate a family birthday. We were a party of 9. The service was a smidge slower than the "norm but it was a Saturday night and we were a larger party. All of the staff were very friendly and the food was great. The staff actually surprised the the family member with the birthday with a staff signed card. That was a pleasant and thoughtful surprise. We went here to celebrate our daughters birthday. We were a large party of seven people. Make sure to ask for Cameron, his service is far superior from any server I've ever had. He was amazing. He took the time to learn our names, he was very good at his job. We even gave Cameron high marks to his supervisor.
