BEST RED LOBSTER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO (And I travel all over the country for work)!!!!!!! AMAZING service, good food, good atmosphere. Staff is so welcoming and accommodating and did everything necessary to provide my LARGE party with fantastic service. Our server, Christina, was superb and and handled us in a timely and respectful manner. Cali was also amazing and such a hard worker!!! The manager April handled our party with such grace... I had one mix up with an entree (to be expected in such a large party) and April went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were satisfied. From someone that has worked in the restaurant industry, you can tell the second you walk through the door what an amazing team is working at this Red Lobster. Excellent service at this location. We were seated quickly and Bianca gave us time to look over the menu without pressuring us to order. I know this Yelp review is long overdue, for as long as we have been going here, I really don't think we have ever had a bad experience at this location. We decided to go during endless Shrimp for my wife's birthday, although she didn't have endless shrimp, but I sure as hell did. As usual the wait staff was great, and we had the pleasure of having Luis L., as our waiter. We're the type of crowd/family that always intermingles with our wait staff, and we try and make it a pleasurable experience. Because as well all know, and have been there at one point in time or another, it's not easy pleasing everyone, especially the general public. Well, this time we had Luis L., and he was a character and a half. He was very interactive with our group, and he was giving it back, as much as he was taking it. He wasn't afraid to give it right back, which made the night a memorable night, especially since we were celebrating my wife's birthday. A few friends and I realized we have in common, that none of us had eaten at Red Lobster before, so we made a plan to go despite seeing that this particular location has only 2. 5 stars on Yelp. Boy were we in for a surprise. We had a fantastic time. The food arrived timely and mostly tasted very good. I ordered a lobster dish and my dish was probably the worst of the spread, but I tasted the other plates and everything else was really better. My conclusion is either that lobsters are ironically not the restaurant's strong suit, or my particular order on this day didn't meet a usual expectation. They get a pass on my dish because everything else was delicious.The atmosphere of the restaurant is well set. Casual, but not too loud. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. This is important. The waitress, Laura, deserves to be mentioned by name. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It felt like she wanted to be there, and I suppose that is the highest praise you can give to any service person. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to this location. More...

The food at Red Lobster has never been all that for me, but I had a taste for it. The wait was longer than they said and there was a lot of complaints. However this review is for Jennifer or Jessica I can't remember her name but it's one of the 2. She was great. One thing that stood out is I ordered the sample platter and the noodles looked ok to me, but she said she was bringing me out another order because the order she brought looked dry to her. I was trying to find somewhere that I could just get a small meal and a beer and get in and out and landed here at red lobster. The place seemed empty at 8 o'clock so I sat at the bar by myself got immediate service and ordered a local IPA while I looked at the menu. I settled on the grilled salmon over a Caesar salad and started with the mussels. This was a large bowl, great value, and lots of mussels in a nice tomato wine sauce. Although I did my best not to eat the biscuits and bread I did eat the toast provided with the mussels while I waited on my entrée. The salmon came out and was perfectly cooked medium rare over a fresh Caesar salad which was very good. Although the place was not as inviting as one would think, and very quiet with no noise from the TVs or a crowd, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was provided with great service and very happy with the food so I'm giving it five stars based on my experience and my visit. I am happy when what I want is on the menu, delivered in a timely manner, and served with a smile and that's what I got. Many of the other reviews I had viewed prior to going but I have pretty good luck when I sit at a bar at a red lobster and order lobster crab or in this case a simple salmon salad with mussels. So if I could rate no star I would!!!We waited 15 minutes to sit then another 10 more minutes when seated. Then had to wave down the manager Stephanie as she sat us in an area where the waitress was completely overwhelmed. Please note Stephanie the manager seated us so needless to say her follow through and understanding of her restaurant were nonexistent. We were moved to another section by request and waited another 20 minutes till we received water and bread. Please know saying sorry doesn't work when customers are asking for simple requests such as water!!! What works is paying attention when you seat someone and realizing you have no waiter to follow up with the customers you just sat!!! It took a total of 40 minutes to get water and even order appetizers we were so hungry by this time!!All we wanted was to have a nice relaxing dinner and chat but the initial staff made sure that was not the case. I hope the General Manager can follow up as I'd be happy to share how dysfunctional Stephanie's management style was and is. It was SO apparent that other customers and the staff felt the same way!Let's end on a positive note:I do have to say Isaiah and Sarah were excellent wait staff and when we finally were waited on they made our stay the best it could be!!!The General Manager followed up with me and I'mtruly appreciative that she took the time to listen and happy to report that the manager is no longer working there...Not because of my review as she was resigning her position this week. The only thing within walking distance of the car dealerships, this is an oasis in an asphalt desert. It felt like I was dreaming when we were seated and the biscuits came out. There's a few options for people with shellfish allergies so don't immediately discount Red Lobster if you have an allergic person in your party. The red lobster lunch special is completely underrated. You can have a $23 dinner for $14 at lunch including lobster bisque and any salad and entrée. I'm a true fan of "Red Lobster" in Fremont, CA. Last Friday I decided to treat myself to an early dinner. Seafood was my choice for some good eating, so I ordered the "Crab Lovers Dream" off of the to go menu. My meal included Crab Legs, Baked Potato, Clam Chowder Soup, Cheddar Cheese Biscuits and Peach Lemonade. Drove by the seaside at the San Leandro Marina and enjoyed my dinner there. My server was on point never let my water cup get empty gave me time to eat my salad first before she put in my food my shrimp trio was delicious I had a Caesar salad and a shrimp and a cheese sauce with nacho chips for an appetizer it was so good I stuffed myself one of the best red lobsters I've been to in a long time
