We were visiting Columbia and decided to stop at this location. Â First off we were greeted at the door! Â Yes! Â I was standing at the door with my daughter waiting on my husband who ran back to the car. Â The employee open the door and invited us in! Â I didn't ask her name but that was really nice and unexpected! Â The hostess was also very nice. Â I also did not get her name but she walked us to our table and said she would direct my husband to the table. Â I told her I was getting hangry! Â Lol. Â Our waitress was Racheal. Â She was very entertaining and very attentive to myself, husband, and daughter. Â My husband and I both had the clam chowder, Â lobster pizza and salad. Wait time was exceptional with it being Valentine's Weekend . We waited about 15 minutes. Also have the ability to add yourself to the waitlist through their App which allows you to earn points for your visits. We were waited on by Ms. Peaches . We had mussels for an app that came out hot . We both ordered Ultimate Feast with baked potatoes and Everything was hot. I was very pleased with the taste of the food . Crabfest!!!  I had the Crabfest Combo with Snow Crab Legs and Dungeon crab legs.  The meal was delicious!  If you're really hungry, you may want to order an extra helping of crab legs because you only get 1 ea  crab cluster.  Staff was awesome and friendly!!!

Had lunch with a friend last week at this location. Â Ayanna was our waitress and she was very attentive but respected our space as we sat and visited awhile after we finished lunch which was very good. Â But the best thing about Ayanna and the management team at this Red Lobster is that I left my credit card there and didn't realize it until a week later. Â I knew that was the last place I had used it so I called and to my good fortune, it had been found and they were holding it the safe. Â I was so relieved and Thank full! I went to the BayPlaza Red lobster in Bronx, NY and the waitress by the name of Ramona D was very nice and polite. She was very help and move quickly. She explain everything I order and made sure it was in my bag before I left. She always kept a smile on her face. She was very courteous and efficient. My visit at this location was great! My server Eva was super amazing! She was polite and attentive. The food was hot, prompt and was definitely worth coming here. After my last experience with Red Lobster I was contacted by a manager and she apologize for everything. So, my husband and I decided to visit them once again and everything was great! My food looked as if it was handled with care, the waitress was really nice and knowledgable of the products being offered, she frequently checked on is, and it didn't take long for us to receive  our food. I came here for the first time a few days ago and I was nr disappointed. Our server was terrific, she was always asking if we needed something and answered all of the questions we had. We had the Admiral's Feast on Wednesday for lunch, salads, biscuits and drinks. Everything was wonderful. The service couldn't have been better. The staff worked together to please us and the manager was engaging and very friendly. Too bad the store in West Columbia is not operated this well. It's like night and day between the two locations. Great food. The service was so-so. Â The waitress asked us if we wanted more biscuits AFTER our meal, and i told her we never got any to begin with. She replied stating "oh i been waiting on them". Our server, Fantasia, will be asked for by name the next time we eat here. She was perfect. I tried the chicken tortilla soup, and Cajun chicken linguini Alfredo. Wow. My wife had the potato bacon soup and shrimp scallop pasta. We each sampled each others meal and agreed this time the restaurant outdid themselves. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. My husband & I aren't used to getting this level of service at Red Lobster. Our Red Lobster experiences usually are 0-3 star service. Paul was very pleasant and VERY helpful with making the kids feel welcome.
