Came here again, excellent waitress. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had mussels and sauce was so good with garlic toast, then salad which was not good but no need to remove star but it was a bit wilted and neither of us enjoyed it, I got Walt's coconut shrimp and loaded potato loved that pina colada sauce yum, son had mashed potatoes and baked potato the little carbs lol, he had snow crab and it was fresh, we both loved our desserts. i brought my aunt and uncle in for dinner the other day, they have never been to redlobster before.we all had the ultimate dinner with an side order of shrimp. all in all the dinner was great there closest red lob is in longview they said they will be using it alot.the service was great the waitress was super nice and asian lady she bent over to help us and suggested ideas for our dinner. one complaint i am glad the key lime pie is back the correct way now, but it has no taste i had her bring me a key lime wedge to make it taste better.all in all dinner was great taste was good except the pie the shrimp dip could have more bite to it not bland like now.going to bring my shipmates in on monday for a light dinner veterans day. its not for a free dinner but for good service and good food.earl ne portland. So I only come here for one thing. Endless shrimp. Say what you want. I love shrimp and it's a good deal so I'm gonna be here grub on out. I will say that this location never, and I mean never has any of the "secret menu" shrimp items. It's honestly disappointing. Not sure if it's a Jacksonville thing or not. When I go to the location in Gainesville they always have the "secret menu" offerings. I should know by now but I keep on doing it, so that must make me insane right? Either way I wish this location would step up their game. Did I mention the floors at the bar were extremely sticky. I might be very nit picky right now because of the secret menu gaff but et well it is what it is. I will say they have new presto table checkout mini kiosk things. Not sure what to call them. It's convenient but if you want a receipt hold on to your hat because it won't print out at the table. It has a main printer so you still have to wait on that.Ugh sooo I jumped the gun on my review. After one reorder the waiter brought out the Nashville shrimp. Honestly not much of a taste difference between that and the honey sriracha. But both great. Food was excellent as always. Our attendant was awesome, she had a beautiful smile, very courteous, Polite, asking if we needed anything, refills, we didn’t have to wait long for our food or look for our attendant, she was always around making sure we were taken care of. Kudos to that Young lady!

Endless shrimp dinners for all! The whole family went out for dinner and we all had the same. What a deal! The shrimp just kept coming. It was all hot and all pretty good. It was kind of a bummer to know that they were out of broccoli and rice to go with the dinners. The shrimp scampi was the best... buttery goodness. Service was great and fast. I gave a bad review a while back because one of our meals that we got wasn't cooked it was a bit raw that's the first time in 30 years that I've been disappointed but I just wanted to be known well I let them know and they gave me a gift card and my wife . This review is for the bartender Akeem. This guy was so great. Super friendly and works his butt off! I came in after work before the labor day holiday weekend trying to avoid my commute home which is always terrible on a Friday before a long weekend. Just went here for dinner with my aunt and cousin. The crab linguini Alfredo was so good. I legit finished the plate in under 5 minutes.
