The chocolate wave cake is the best! I can't give an honest review of the food or location. I always always get my food to go. I always order cake!Last time I ordered cake and biscuits! Got all the way back to ups and I had biscuits and a brownie. Yep had to drive all the way back - didn't even get new fresh biscuits. But they said keep the brownie - yuck. I don't like seafood other than a crab leg or two. Besides that a reviewer from Newfoundland gave it 8 out of 5 stars so the seafood must be tops. My review is for the non seafood loving good sport who tags along so your friends can enjoy the all you can eat sea creature fest of the month. My steak has always been cooked to perfection. I like it medium rare and it is always perfect. Choose baked potato over fries, not because it has more fiber but this place has the blandest fries ever; even dressed. However, who cares because they do well everywhere else. great service, happy to accommodate requests for extra condiments. The biscuits were on the dry side this visit. I eat here about once a year, mainly because I live more than an hour away and it is a bit pricey, but I love Red Lobster! My 11 year old love it too, and since he got a good follow up appointment after his surgery, I figured it was worth the splurge for all he's been through. We arrived around 2pm, and was surprised how meany people were eating a late lunch too! From the moment we walked in everything was practically perfect! We were treated with a warm welcome, and seated promptly. Teresa was our waitress. She was very professional and nice. We got a visit from the manager on duty to check on us too. The food was great! I got unlimited shrimp and Teresa was quick to keep offering more. The only downside would be the restrooms weren't up to my cleanliness and smelling standards, but the wonderful service and care given to our visit makes me want to eat there everyday! The concierge was slightly rude, (we went around 1pm 11/03/19) im not sure if they were under staffed or he was to busy twiddling his thumbs in the back. took foerever to be greeted and not even friendly or apologetic. We only go for their annual all you can eat shrimp with family and stay for hours visiting and getting full. We had one bad experience at the outer loop location in Louisville, Kentucky but the manager, Robert, was very nice and made the situation right. This is our favorite (and closest) location and it's always clean with hot delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Seafood is my favorite and while a little pricey, it's totally worth it! More...

This place is always a hit or miss. We usually only go during all you can eat shrimp since it's also our anniversary month. The service is usually great but sometimes you get a server who isnt into working that day and it can ruin your meal especially when you sit there waiting 30 minutes for salad. But when they are on top of things its amazing. The shrimp scampi is some of the best around and adding the butter to your brocolli or baked potato or even the addictive chedder biscuits makes everything taste better. The salads arent all that great and neither are the soups but it's just a filler so you dont eat to much at dinner. My favorite thing here are the coconut shrimp bites with pina colada sauce. They should sell that sauce in stores and I would buy a gallon. It's that good!! And their shrimp alfredo is way better than olive garden if you havent had it you should try it during shrimp fest. Our Ultimate Feast. This dish features a Maine lobster tail, 1/2 pound of snow crab legs, 6 of our Walt's Favorite fried shrimp, and our signature shrimp scampi. This feast also includes your choice of two sides.
