The manager on duty was great our server was amazing! Ty Red Lobster for making my moma’s birthday lunch awesome! The food was awesome! We really enjoyed our visit! I was too busy fussing over my mom and didn’t get the manager‘a name or our server! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with welcoming arms! You don’t usually see the manager helping his staff but he did all the way through bussing tables bringing food out that man stayed busy! It was a horrible experience. We were told there was a 20 min wait. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. The restaurant was empty. Once we were finally seated our server was triple seated. It took 15 min to place our drink order and can’t even tell you how long it took to get our orders taken. I had to get up and go to the bar to get cocktail napkins. Myself. When we asked for silverware we were told they were out of silverware and the server proceeded to give us to-go PLASTIC silverware. Our bill came to $112.00 before tip. I expect WAY better service and no to eat on plastic silverware. Several other tables walked out. We had our 94 year old grandmother with us so we stayed unfortunately as it’s a lot to get her in and out of the car. More...

I really like the baked potato side at the Red Lobster. They do a fantastic job of cooking it, and it is not overcooked. Very tasty. The waitress was nice, and even though she saw a delay issue with the timing of the appetizer, she decided to give it to us for free. They did a good job on the preparation of all the food. I don't eat here very often but when I do the food is always delicious and more often than not I'm actually a delivery person from there as in I go to pick up somebody's food and I deliver it to them. the staff there always takes care of me and always make sure that I'm informed on what's going on with the order that I'm picking up if anything is ever delayed. which doesn't happen very often but when it does they make sure that I've been taken care of and they make sure that I'm aware of what's happening.
