Red Lobster

Went the other night and had the all you can eat shrimp for 15.99. Comes with 4 types of shrimp to choose from, scampi, fettuccine, pop corn, and Spicy fried shrimp. I would definelty  say the scampi and Spicy were the better two. The place could use a bit of a fresher upper, I went on Thursday wanting to watch Thursday night football and really tear up the unlimited shrimp, I thought the TV'S in the bar area need to be replaced. The rating of this restaurant is purely based off of the incredible service my father and I received from our waiter: Sergio. We are regulars at this location and come solely for the food, the service has always been lackluster in our experiences. The last time we visited this establishment, our server treated us with remarkably poor hospitality. It felt as though we were a burden for simply asking her questions about entrees, straws, water refills etc. Her attitude towards us made us feel as though we had no place in asking her to do her job. My father has worked in the restaurant business for 20 years, so we are never the type to complain. We understand chain restaurants aren't known for quality customer service, so we don't expect to be treated with Michelin star level service. Yet, this server made us question whether we would ever return to this location.We decided to give this location one last chance, mostly due to the fact we were in the area and had a craving for those complimentary biscuits. The host greeted us and we requested to have an experienced waiter based on our previous interaction. That was when we were blessed with Sergio, arguably the best server I have had in my entire life. Not only did Sergio show his unique personality, he demonstrated his knowledge of how to properly treat guests. My father was shocked when Sergio left to bring us beverages and biscuits. So much to the point where they had a conversation about what makes restaurants successful when it comes to customer-server relations when he returned. The main point of this lengthy review is to inform you (the customer) of the service you are missing out on, and if you are ever given a chance to please request Sergio as your waiter. You will not regret it. Now a word for the management at Red Lobster Park Sierra. Understand the importance of keeping and appreciating valuables servers like Sergio. First time eating at red lobster was little concerned with the quality of the food i was gonna  get considering my husband and I walked in about 25 mins before closing but let me say the food was outstanding the waitress Julia made our first experience memorable she is so knowledgeable about up coming promotions the seasons that the seafood is the best to eat she is a great asset to ur location I hope on my next visit she is working!!!!

Anna K! Awesome!!! Last day at a restaurant before I start my diet..had a birthday reward  and wanted to come here and have the endless shrimp! And that I did! Lol our waitress Anna! Poor thing..she kept going back and forth as I was stuffed and kept ordering since I won't have any of it for a while..yeah, let me gain an extra 20 pounds in one night so I can spend months to lose it! Lol anyways, had to write this review because she was spectacular! She kept a smile on her face the whole time as she probably thought! Damn' when is this girl going to stop stuffing her face! Red Lobster has always been one of my family and my favorite. My eldest son would request dinners at RL when he got to decide on dinner place.  We have always enjoyed delicious food and impeccable service! Today was no different. I never been here but the experience was GREAT. Our waitress made our visit it there very enjoyable. Jessica E. really was the epitome of customer service. We were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat around Ontario mills after doing so shopping. We went to two other places that were a no go before ending up here. Got a table right away and server was very prompt. She really took good care of us. Got our drinks, they have decent wine. Couldn't decide on appetizers so we got a build your own with cheese sticks, seafood stuffed mushrooms, and clam strips. Also got the seafood and spinach dip. The cheese sticks were good, crisp and full of cheese. I wasn't wild about the mushrooms. It was a texture thing for me. They tasted soggy, like too much bread crumbs mixed in with the seafood. My husband liked them, so every palate is different. The clam strips were good, crisp. I would have preferred a different sauce. The seafood spinach dip was ok.  All had house salads, fresh and tasty. For dinner, I had scallops and coconut shrimp, both were excellent. Scallops were cooked properly and tasted delicious. Shrimp were good sized, cleaned and butterflied. Cooked properly and tasted great. Came with a piñata colada sauce that was very tasty.  Hubby had fish and chips said it was all right. My son had a steak, it was kinda small and a bit in the tough side. The bread/biscuit they serve is delicious. Overall, service was excellent and food was good, had some hits and had some misses, but that is usually the way it is. Would I come here again, yes.
