I've been working with Liz for makeup, hair and lashes for a while now. Liz does amazing eyelash extensions. She did my eyelash extensions with a D curl and my eyelashes looked so girly, cute, and fun. I loved being to hang out at the Red Lipstick Makeup Studio, which is decorated beautifully, and being able to chat and talk shop while we did the lashes. They looked so fun and glam, while also natural and still classy. They showed up really well in photos, and stayed on for a long time. The process was comfortable and the application went really smoothly and didn't irritate my eyes. Liz also did my makeup for two special events, and I love her style and keep asking to work with her again. She's a very talented make up artist who knows just how to create the perfect look for the occasion, and style your hair to match! And is talented at tailoring the look to whatever you request while also bringing her own skill and flare to the table! She did two different hair looks for me both of which were something I've never tried before, and I loved both of them. It was fun to try a new style and know that she would have me looking cute!Liz created a trendy textured pony for me, and put my hair extensions in and styled them, and the style lasted several days, so I got longer wear of out it, which was a plus!She also does great braids and knows many styles of braids. It was so easy to work together, because she has such a fun personality, and makes me smile. She also helped me learn about the techniques and products she's using, so that if I want to try them out later, I can. I really can't recommend Liz enough. Not only is she a talented makeup and hair artist, and really skilled at giving sexy lash extensions, but she also cares about her clients, is on time, is kind, and polite, and truly an amazing person! GO SEE WENDY! I promise you won't regret it! I recently had my first facial with Wendy and I had a Hydrodermabrasion facial, let me tell you that was amazing. I lucked out and had gotten referred to Red Lipstick Makeup Studio when another makeup artist I had contacted was booked. I was going to the North Hollywood area for a wedding all the way from San Jose . Wendy did my makeup and Liz did my hair and I was SO happy with the end product. Both of them did an amazing job and I got a lot of compliments. I was breaking out quite a bit and Wendy was able to camouflage everything really well. With Liz, I showed her a few ideas for short/A line cut appropriate styles and she knocked it out. I feel like some places I've gone to for hair do their own thing and even though it may look good, they don't necessarily do what I asked for. Liz did exactly what I wanted and more. Teresa & Liz saved our day of my daughter's wedding! I had a confirmation email from another salon to come out to the site, but they still pulled out at the last minute- no explanation. So, as Mother of the Bride, I began frantically searching, with only a little more than 24 hours before! We were given Teresa's name and number, and she responded professionally from the first moment. They styled 4 women plus the bride within two hours, and they were all perfection according to what each one wanted!! They brought everything they would need for every situation, and then cleaned up when they finished. There was nothing else I could have asked for! Wendy & Teresa glammed me all up for my wedding day last year...getting close to my 1 year anniversary and was checking out pics and wanted to make sure to shout the ladies from Red Lipstick Makeup Studio. Teresa got my hair perfect!!! It lasted the WHOLE DAY!!! Wendy & Teresa gave me beautiful, little glam/little natural look, dance all-night, stay-put make-up!!! I started seeing Wendy last year to get my skin in tip top shape for my wedding!Wendy is INCREDIBLE, so much so that I now see her every single month (and gifted my mom a facial too! ).  I had really terrible cystic acne as a teenager and went on two rounds of accutane.  Because of this, I take excellent care of my skin and work to minimize my acne scarring.  Although facials won't fully remove my scarring, they do make my skin look fantastic & hydrated which definitely helps with the overall appearance.Wendy listens to me, gives great advice on skincare routines and does customized facials for your skin type. I'm using retinoids right now and she makes sure my skin stays extra hydrated. I feel so wonderful when I leave (because my skin is great and because she's such a pleasure to talk to!).  She also does lash lifts which I just tried for the first time earlier this week. I am loving the results!  I recommend Wendy to all my friends and think she's the absolute best. More...

Liz and Wendy always make me feel beautiful with their flawless work!!! I recently got my hair and make up done with them for my baby shower and their services exceeded my expectations. They helped me accomplish the natural look I wanted and made my day extra special. I was looking for someone to do my daughters makeup and hair for her Quinceanera and I was lucky enough to find these ladies. What a god sent. It was my daughters first time wearing makeup and getting her hair done. Teresa was her hair stylist and she brought to life exactly what she wanted. It was perfect! Centrally located, easy to reach with ample parking, Red Lipstick Makeup Studio is a great spot to check out for all you beauty needs. The lady bosses are really do it big. This one-stop shop offers: hair, makeup, nails, facials, and waxing. On this day, I had a facial with Wendy who upon arrival, welcomed me into their newly remodeled studio and ushered me into the facial room. Once on the table, the lights were dimmed and the sounds of melodic music played. I immediately felt a sense of peace and tranquility come over me. The 45-minutes flew by and my skin felt amazing. To everyone women! Beautiful skin doesn't come from only makeup. It's from a good Esthetician. Treat the skin ladies!! Let me just start off by saying that Wendy is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk into her shop. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and how nice everything was inside! It's a very cute and trendy studio! I made an appointment to get a facial done by her and I was able to come in right away. I had problems and concerns about my skin and Wendy gave me the best advice she could give me. The facial was very relaxing! My face felt so clean and soft after I was done. My skin is glowing! She also gave me instructions on how I can take care of my skin at home. I'm a long ways away, so couldn't have helped. I am a person who doesn't wear a lot of makeup. I was getting married and was on the hunt for a good makeup artist. I went through a couple makeup trials with other artists but felt the airbrush and other products to be too chalky or didn't exactly complement my features. I needed someone who could look at my skin type and be knowledgeable about what would look good or what wouldn't. I found Wendy here at Red Lipstick Makeup Studio and she was able to do just that! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She answered my panicked call at 9:00 on a random weekday and listened to me and what I was looking for. She was extremely professional and instantly made me feel confident and comfortable with her as an artist. I went in for a makeup trial and loved the results. About two weeks later she came to my house and did my makeup for my wedding day! I received a facial from Wendy and OOOOOHHHH MYYYY GOD! My skin is silky smooth !  I'm really selective with who touches my face/skinnn because one I have super sensitive skin and break out really easily and two my eczema has a mind of its own. So I tend to get a bit skeptical about what products are being used on my skin ! But after having a facial with Wendy my skin has improved sooo much !  It's hydrated and no longer flaky in the eczema areas. A friend recommended Wendy to me as I was looking for a makeup artist for my wedding. Finding a makeup artist was a bit overwhelming, especially since I do not wear very much makeup to begin with. I wanted to find someone who would do a quality job but also help me feel like myself on my wedding day. Wendy came highly recommended and I am so glad I booked Red Lipstick Makeup Studio for my wedding. Not only did Wendy and Theresa make me feel beautiful on my wedding day, they were very professional, communicative, and responsive on the days leading up to my wedding. They even followed-up afterwards to congratulate me and see how we were doing. They are upstanding women and I cannot rave enough about them. In terms of the service--they did a phenomenal job. We absolutely loved Wendy and Teresa!! I got a referral from my wedding coordinator so I knew I was going to have a good time with these ladies and look awesome on my big day! Wendy did our makeup really well and it wasn't caked on which I loved, we all looked like natural beauties with flawless skin. She took her time on each one of us and listened to what we wanted. I also did a trial makeup day which worked perfectly because there were a couple things I wanted changed just slightly but I couldn't even tell until I looked at the pictures. I definitely recommend the trial makeup just so you can take some test pictures and get exactly what you want. Teresa did our hair and had us send her pictures of what our hair looked like and the styles we preferred. I absolutely loved my hair and this is coming from a girl who will go to a salon and then go home just to fix all the mistakes lol, I'm a bit picky but only because it's nice to get what you paid for.
