A much-deserved 5-STAR review for Red Carpet Restoration, specifically, Doug Pinegar, who has been to our duplex (rental) twice for water damage. He was polite, efficient, and did a wonderful job! The carpet was soaked in the master bedroom. He came in with an industrial fan to dry it out and replaced the carpet pad and finished it off with professionally cleaning the carpet. Wonderful job! I was moving to a new place where the carpet was an issue so I called Friday afternoon and they were able to send someone the next morning. They texted me to let me know that they were on their way and arrived promptly. They also answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process.
