We didn’t see the estimate email that was given by red carpet cleaning when we picked Jacira’s cleaning service. Jacira’s ended up being a no show and we couldn’t get a hold of them on Thursday since our inspection is due on Friday . Called red carpet , which actually had a more reasonable estimate and immediately they sent someone to do our carpet early Friday morning with no hassle at all. Very polite and professional. Ajay was quick to respond to a request for a quote. I provided him with the measurements of the rooms I wanted to have cleaned and he provided a spot on estimate. No surprises in the final billing. I had originally booked an appointment with Stanley Steamers.. for over $200. I continued to read reviews and found Red Carpet cleaning. I switched as Ajay quoted $155. He provided a 1 hour window of arrival and communicated via phone as he was leaving another job to arrive to my place. Upon arrival Ajay had a difficult time finding a water hook up in the apartment, we eventually found one. Given the little hiccup, Ajay offered to clean the patio rug fee of charge. Great customer service. The carpets dried in 5-6 hours and that was even while it was a cold rainy day. Ajay only accepts checks and mobile app payments. I saw this in another review so I was prepared to ask before he arrived. Ensure he accepts your payment method before he arrives. Overall Ajay' services were great and worth the money. The finished carpets looks so much better, even though it's cheap apartment carpets. I will use him again in the future. I would recommend him over the big name places. More...

We used Red Carpet Cleaning for our move out of a rental we had for a few years. We asked for an estimate on Yelp and they responded promptly, just needing some additional information. My wife met them at the property they arrived on time and worked diligently. There is an additional charge for the flea and tick treatment that is required at the end of most leases, if you have pets. I am just so pleased that I have found Red Carpet Cleaning. I have used so many others who I was almost certain did nothing to the carpet except wet it, since it looked exactly the same after the cleaning as it did before. This time I was astounded that the carpet could look almost new again. Please don't believe the specials that companies run in their ads. You cannot get a whole house cleaning anywhere for $150 and have it actually get clean.Also Ajay is kind and a true professional. I saw the difference immediately when he arrived. Great Experience!! After scheduling with Sears a week prior they called me the day before to say that they were unable to come at the time I scheduled which was 4:30-9 after work and that they could only come 9am-12. I was frantic to find someone that would fit mine or my husbands schedule. After reading reviews on yelp I decided to call Red Carpet Cleaning and I'm glad I did.
