How wonderful to have a restaurant up here with fresh fish beautifully cooked at a reasonable price. Had a whole bronzini last night stuffed with fresh herbs, perfectly roasted, with smashed garlic potatoes and broccoli rabb coated with Parmesan. Opened with fried calamari, crispy and delicately battered, with a light marinara sauce. You have to bring your own bottle— no liquor license yet. Jessica is chef, owner, and often the waiter and is unbelievably good natured and accommodating to all her diners, even those who are somewhat picky or difficult. The restaurant is outside the main drag in Hudson and a little hard to see at night along Route 66. But find it! So worth it! More...
