I have 10 yrs. experience customizing massages to fit many specific needs. Swedish, deep tissue and Sports massage are my specialty. I also do trigger point and myofascial to pinpoint trouble areas.

Therapeutic Massage
Swedish - a lighter more fluid type massage. Great for relaxing and stress relief. (Light, medium, firm pressure)
Deep Tissue - A deeper pressure. Usually targeting sore achy muscles, knots and tightness. (Medium, firm and deep pressure) I tend to go deep only when I need to on specific areas. Otherwise, a more firm pressure.
Sports - A mix of modalities, mainly firm to deep, and usually includes stretching. Great for sports and exercise pre and post events
