Went to recycle bridal to find a wedding dress at a more affordable price. Stephanie let me try on practically every dress she had to find the right one and took the time to take pictures of each one. This place is incredible, full stop.  If I had stumbled upon Recycle Bridal months ago, it would have saved me from visiting 8 + boutiques. This is one stop shopping with integrity.  I give it my highest recommendation for all brides looking for a unique, high quality gown that happens to be affordable to boot. Stephanie is extremely respectful, soulful, and she passes her love of fashion, fabric, fun . . . exceptional taste, on to her customers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the dresses alike.  I bought three (which is totally affordable!) one for each mood, ceremony/pics, evening dancing/reception and a playful rehearsal night dinner dress too.  Stephanie has collected exquisite accessories  too. Found the most AMAZING dress here! Stephanie was extremely helpful and paid close attention to my likes and dislikes. All the dresses were in immaculate condition. Most brand new with tags! I have reached my last bridal place that I am going to review now. It has been a long journey for someone who normally does not do yelp reviews! Anyway, I found out about Stephanie's place because I was part of the SF Wedding Facebook group and she had done some advertising on there. I joined her personal facebook group that had a lot of the wedding dresses featured on them. She had a lot of cute ones and I had never been to a used wedding dress place so I knew I needed to go to this one. I would have gone to it earlier, but it just so happened with my schedule that it was my last one. I knew for my last trips I wanted to go to hers and check out department stores. Unfortunately, due to covid a lot of department stores did not allow you to try things on. Luckily, I was able to try things on with Stephanie so hers also scratched my itch of trying things on at a department store.Anyway, I made an appointment with her to go try on dresses. Her store had just recently moved to business plaza in San Ramon so she was still trying to sort things out. When I had messaged her, I had showed her photos of the dresses I wanted to try and what were some of my current inspirations. When I got there, she had all my dresses out and then more. She measured me first and then we were able to try on dresses. (LIghting wasn't the best, but she was working on that.)What I liked the most was that she a wide array of dresses. She had your typical wedding dresses, but also dresses that could be used as bridal shower, wedding rehearsal dresses, etc. She told me that she liked seeking those unique dresses. If you are looking for a unique dress, you should definitely check this place out! I was mainly looking for your not so typical wedding dress and I found a lot of good choices from her!  We were able to pair it with things and she was super helpful with what alterations could be done. She also showed me different combinations I had never considered like a wedding cover and a beige slip underneath. Very cool with the unique boho bride!Ultimately, none of the dresses could beat the bhldn dress, but I am glad that I checked her place. The price point for her dresses are amazing though! Had an amazing experience with Stephanie, owner of Recycle Bridal! I had seen a dress I loved on FB Marketplace, but wanted to try it on before I committed. Stephanie and I helpfully exchanged measurements so we knew the dress I had my eye on would fit. I then made the drive to San Ramon, and (wearing masks) Stephanie let my sister and I try on quite a few dresses in my size. The first dress was the winner! Happy with her communication throughout to arrange the meeting, as well as her help in-person. The dress was as described and beautiful. This review is overdue! I was lucky enough to work with Stephanie around New Years when I was looking for a wedding dress for my (now postponed) wedding. After a few previous appointments at bridal boutiques, I was fed up with the insane wedding dress markups and decided I was more than happy to recycle. I had a few dresses in mind from browsing the Recycle Bridal website when I emailed her. She responded quickly even though it was around the holidays, and miraculously got me in to take a look at her dresses in person while I was in the area for a limited time. Her studio is in a room in her nice house in a gated community, and she has a huge selection of dresses packed away! She pulled the dresses I wanted to see and lots more in my size, including some that were brand new and some that she hadn't put up on the website yet. I felt like the measurements listed on the website were accurate for the dresses I tried on. She was really enthusiastic about helping me find a dress I loved and didn't make me feel rushed. However, I would recommend having an idea of the styles/silhouette you like beforehand to make the process easier, since she has so many dresses. The studio had a small nook with a privacy screen to change behind. The warm-ish lighting in the studio wasn't the best, but it was perfectly adequate to get a feel for the dresses. I purchased a gorgeous beaded lace Maggie Sottero dress for probably 1/8 of its original cost. She takes PayPal and has a seller storefront set up under the Recycle Bridal name. She even delivered the dress to me a few days later to a local Danville address! Overall it was a great experience and I am so thankful that I found her on yelp! More...
