Erica was invaluable to me during my wedding planning. She was my right-hand every step of the way. I felt like there was nothing I couldn't ask her for help with. I hired her about 3 months out from my wedding just as everything had begun crashing down on me and I needed to get organized! She was my complete organization. She had every detail covered and thought of things I wouldn't have known to think of. She's truly professional. She never imparted pressure or opinions on me until I asked for them. I never felt judged for what I wanted or how I wanted to do things. Erica was very direct in her communication with me and others. She won't be taken advantage of by vendors and she always had my budget in mind through everything. On the day of the wedding I was able to finally relax- knowing she would take care of everything from set-up to break down. She was the best liaison I could have hoped for to problem solve the day of when there were some minor issues during set up at my venue. I didn't even know about most of the issues at hand until after she had found a way to fix everything that happened.
