What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help others start their own healing journey. When a person goes from just coping and starts thriving that gives me a sense of purpose
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide a safe, judgement free place for healing and honesty.
Why should our clients choose you?
My own personal experiences give me a unique insight of the gap between knowing what you should do to heal and actually being able to put actionable steps into practice. It's one thing to read about how to heal, it's another thing to have gone through it.

Yes! My practice is 100% online or by phone. I want to meet my clients where they are instead of making them come to me. Sometimes it's easier to come out of a difficult place when you can talk in a place you feel most comfortable.

My business is virtual and did not need to implement any covid precautions

Learn which areas of your life need to be nourished and how to nourish these areas. Is it trust, connection, community, gratitude, or Surrender. We will dive into each area and discover which needs nourishing.

Self image, self esteem, your sense of self worth, and your relationship with others are all areas that need to be nourished when working on self love. In our sessions we will discuss saying yes to self and setting boundaries with others. How to prioritize yourself and still love your family and friends. Putting yourself first isn't selfish.

Learn how to lose the weight without giving up the things you love. Make lasting change without denying yourself the things you love most. We will go over health, hydration, and healing.
