I have been coming to this workout for around 2 years - Sensei Angel is a patient and positive teacher and role model for this body-conditioning, body-combat and kickboxing class. He works comfortably with all levels, ages, and meets you where you are at. I thoroughly recommend this class if you want to build lifelong healthy exercise habits! More...

Great workout classes all around! Sensei Angel does a great job of working your mind, body, and spirit. With a mix of kickboxing, boot camp, and circuit training you leave with a full body workout. The facility is perfect and great for all experience levels. I'm excited to finally have a place to help get me in shape and make working out out fun! More...
