We went there specifically to check out their new laser tag attraction. For traditional laser tag it’s great. The arena is set up great and it has some challenges that no other traditional laser tag arenas around Grand Rapids have. We will be back. Rebounders was the best they have open jump Extreme jump dodgeball basketball baseball throwing speed and so much more. The best part is that they have lag tag. It’s a kid dream come True.

Rebounderz is definitely a fun and great place to hang out or have a birthday party. I give it four stars because of the food. For a place so happing that serves pizza I figured there pizza should be as well. Cheap in price for the party package we got but that makes sense for cheap pizzas. If they where to offer more toppings pizzas for there party packages and better quality sauce. Yes definitely definitely a five star place. Service was absolutely amazing. Had my son's birthday party here. I had a Groupon so it was very reasonably priced. Reservations were easy and they were extremely accommodating with times and dates. We had the party in the Avengers room which my 10 year old son loved. He and his friends enjoyed the many different activities available. The grown ups joined them in the end for a heart racing game of laser tag. (Best part in my opinion.) Our hostess did an amazing job of taking care of the food and cake part of the night, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience. We lost her a few times during the night though and had to go find her when guests arrived late. All in all an amazing experience. My daughter booked my granddaughters birthday party. We ended up in the wrong room but no one came and told us. Our party was set up in another area and so kids didn't get their favors and our pizza didn't arrive on time because of the mix up. Abby came to the rescue. She provided the favors and the promised tee shirt (which my granddaughter hadn't received) and referred us to the manager so we could give feedback to correct the issue for other clients. Lots of fun for the kids and the adults as well! Be prepared to spend some money on the food and for video games, but had a great time with 4 kids for around 120$ with a group pass and lunch, without playing video games

Recently my daughter sprained her ankle on the trampoline here. The staff was extremely kind, considerate and very helpful. They were absolutely amazing. They offered everything possible to help her.
