Hello, dear human reading this,

let me give you a brief introduction about me and how I trust that working together will be good for you.

My name is Amanda, I am a neuroscientist and functional medicine health and life coach. I am convinced that all we need as humans, is to remember and go back to the essence Love of Who we really Are.

I want to live in a world where each human is empowered and transfer from being a patient to be an Active agent creator and in charge of our own reality.

How working with me will be like?

While keeping an integrated vision of the mind and body interactions, I will accompany you in your journey where you will integrate the tools and changes in your mindset and overall energy for long-lasting changes fully aligned with your truth authentic beautiful Being.

Some of the methods I will work with when accordingly, include but are not limited to neurobiology integration, neuroplasticity, integration of science and spirituality, awareness practice, and positive psychology. Our agenda will be guided by your unique character strengths, values, and vision for your life. Is a journey for self-discovery and Alignment.

- You are willing and open to exploring the resistances that are interfering with transformation.

What I am and What I am not:

- I am not a therapist and while I am an MD degree from my home country, my role is as a coach, a behavioural change specialist. Therefore, I do not perform diagnoses or provide any medical advice.

- If I were to identify any medical condition that is underlaying your current situation I will refer you to a certified physician or psychotherapist.
