Q&As

Helping people to quickly and easily reduce the intrusive symptoms of trauma (e.g., irritably, anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, feeling distant and cut off from others, difficulty concentrating, etc.).

To provide hope and healing for those who have had hard and horrible things happen to them.

Yes, but it is best to treat trauma in person. It can be done virtually, especially if the client has agoraphobic difficulty.

I am happy to accommodate client's preferences as needed, if possible, so they can feel comfortable.
