As a Retired Sub Contractor as well as a person who has Family and friends who have used Dale's, I can honestly say that this Salem Company meets ALL Quality standards. I have worked for them many times and have held many Contracts with them. Many of my friends and a few Family members have had them do various projects. I have just finished up my second project with Dale's Remodeling and couldn't be happier! I have a large deck on my home and recently changed a 9'x16' portion of it into an outdoor catio. Working with Maralee as Project Manager and Jordan Sherman as the project's sole carpenter the catio was completed flawlessly in a matter of days. Maralee was there from the idea phase to completion, continuously keeping me updated with any information that I needed. Jordan was very conscientious about the style of catio I was trying to achieve and insuring that there was no wire ends exposed to poke a pet or a person. Both are masters of their crafts. We are very happy with our bathroom remodel! The design help we received was perfect for our needs and made the process fun. All of the workers were courteous and respectful and responsive to our needs and questions. They were also very tidy. The project stayed right on budget and took a little longer than we expected. Dale's Remodeling did an excellent job working on our house, improving it so as we grow older we can keep "living in place. "Our project included adding a new master bedroom, a roll-in shower, and a new walk-in closet. We also added a brand-new utility and pantry, plus a fully remodeled and updated kitchen. Everything was designed with the aim of making our first-floor living quarters wheelchair accessible. A new roll-up side door for a wheelchair-ramp vehicle was also designed and installed in the garage.The four-month project went smoothly and the few glitches were solved expertly. The house is beautiful and we look forward to living here for many more years.Our thanks go out to Dale and Mike our project manager and everyone who helped remake our home. Dale's Remodeling provided excellent work and customer service from start to finish. I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted and I felt that everyone on my project really listened to what I had to say. When I saw the new plans for the first time I knew I had been heard loud and clear; my ideas and requests were all incorporated into the design. From picking the materials, to demolition, to rebuild, this was a collaborative project. I had a lead carpenter assigned to my project and in addition to weekly update meetings, he was available anytime I had a question. I always knew what was happening each day, what time it would happen, and was informed quickly if the timeline changed. I had complete trust in the people who were working on my home and couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the sub-contractors whom Dale's employed for my project. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent craftsmanship and service. By the end of the 3 month project, they all felt more like family than hired contractors! Due to Dale's flexibility, collaborative spirit, and excellent work, I ended up with a dream kitchen/dining/family room, and Dale's ended up with a customer for life! More...
