The ability to overcome challenges in my own life led me to the wonderful world of Psychology. I realized that if people had the right support during the difficult and trying times in their lives (and let’s face it, everyone has them), they would be able to overcome just about anything! That powerful concept was the springboard to my career in mental health. I care deeply about my clients’ well-being and my goal is to provide you all the tools you need to learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.
