I bought this groupon for my 1300sq foot townhome. The reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because of the appointment issue. I made an appointment because i was off the next day. They confirmed via email everything was set. Then on the day of they cancel. A few hours later they say someone can do it at 2pm and i said okay... well the cleaning crew shows up at 1pm. Purchased a Groupon for a cleaning up to 1500 sqft. The scheduling was easy (via email). I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, and sent an email the Monday before, in the morning. Didn't get a response that day, so I re-sent the email the next day, and the appointment was confirmed. However, I also asked if the services they list on their web site was what I could expect for the Groupon, and I  never got an answer to that (hence the 4 stars). On Wednesday, I got a text message asking if the crew could come between 8 and 9 am (my original appointment was between 10-11). I said I was sorry but that I would not be home before 10am, and the person thanked me and said they would be there between 10 and 11. I got a phone call shortly after 10:15 to let me know they would be at my house in about 30mins, which I thought was great. I asked the gentleman to text me a few mins before they get to my home so I can lock up my dog, which he did. I was very pleased with that. The cleaning took about an hour, and the two ladies did a good job. I checked my book shelves and other areas afterwards, and I didn't seen any dust around. I was particularly impressed with them cleaning my stainless steel appliances (I hate doing that myself). The fridge, oven and dishwasher look awesome now. I have been using real touch maids for over a year. The only times that I have had any issues is when it is a Friday and you are the last appointment for the day.  If you live very far from there main office, then it might be an issue for arrival times. I have had good service from them. Sure some days are better then other days, it would depend on who the crew leader is. There is a crew leader her name is Wendy.  When she is there is an excellent job done.  They did my bathroom clean the sink, toilet and even wipe the walls down. In the kitchen,sink, stove, microwave and counter top done great. They cleaned my hardwood floors, and my ceiling fans, which is not always done by some cleaners.  Yes, sometimes blinds do get broken and have a chance to fall off the wall, but that is probably because of either they are old or not up there correctly which is possible in my case. So this way THEY get blamed for it.  They always ask me, before I leave do I have any thing else or does it look okay.  If you the customer do not take the time to look at YOUR house after they are done then that is your fault.  When they are done, I look over my house and if something is not done they correct it prior to leaving.  They moved a couch to get under it, but not my refrigerator. They arrange my cups and sometimes various things on top of the dresser and dust it.   There was an issue we had that the bathtub had been discolored, they offered to take steps to pay for it to get refinished, however it worked itself out. I've been cycling through all the cleaning deals on groupon and living social and not one other cleaning organization provided me with a cleaning as good as Real Touch did. Booking the cleaning was pretty easy, since I was really flexible on time. They were a little late, due to traffic, but they at least called to inform me of this. Three cleaners came in, and did EVERYTHING I wanted them to. The bathrooms and kitchen were amazingly clean. The floors were spotless and the the whole house smelled great. They cleaned places other cleaning services didn't. After using other companies and wasting my money on cleaning services I could have done myself, I will be using these guys for my quarterly cleanings. More...

I purchased them off of Living Social.  They cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen.  Now, the CLEANED!  When I say they cleaned, I mean they cleaned.  Yes, they gave me a window of time when they would be there, but hey, can't complain.  They moved out my fridge and cleaned underneath it.  It was sooooo nasty.  I didn't even know you could move a fridge.They cleaned my bathroom tile wall and that things was shining.  I mean, shining.  I didn't give them 5 stars because I question if they used the same towels to clean everything.  Luckily I always clean after the cleaning people leave for that reason. I also bought a Living Social voucher for 1500 sq ft and I'm really happy with my purchase!  Real Maids did a great job and the apartment looked great after they came through.  We had them come in and clean the apartment for our move out and it looked great after they were done.  My only complaint was I had set up an appointment for 2pm and the cleaners showed up at 1:30.  I got a call asking where we were, and I reminded them our appointment was at 2.  Other than that, I'm really happy with Real Touch and I'll be using them again. I too found this service by purchasing the Living Social voucher and I have continued to use them since!  They have been SUPER accommodating in scheduling around my schedule, and my house is spotless and smelling great when they are finished!  The gals that come go straight to work; no dilly-dallying around.While I have purchased other vouchers just to try out different home cleaners, and to perhaps find a cheaper service, I have a feeling I will be sticking with Real Touch because it is never an issue for them to come when I need them. SUCH a fantastic experience. I bought  a LivingSocial voucher for Real Touch Maids and quickly got on their cleaning list (no three-week wait here! ) They did a spectacular job- I didn't know my apartment could look this good! My bathroom is spotless- they even took the time to put new sheets on the bed. Our apartment looks like the Four Seasons now- so pleased!Pleasant, lovely, thorough staff.
