Also see my review of Nicki Anderson.realityfitness.com.  Here they do personal training, and rehabilitation, and all of the rooms are private.  Nicki practices what she preaches, as is evident by those arms and abs of steel, but she's a very down-to-earth person. She is a former P.E. teacher. She's also an author and excellent public speaker, with a heavy emphasis on health - not being skinny - she'll tell you being skinny is not where it's at, and I admire her sensible philosphy. I specialize in a designing personalized program for each client and provide lots of variety in the workouts to keep motivation up.

I am passionate about helping my clients meet their goals and developing a plan just for them.

After some great mentoring by some of the best personal trainers in the country, the opportunity to open our own facility came along and we jumped at it. We've since taken Reality Fitness to an even more personal level with a variety of training and personal lifestyle coaching approaches.

Since Covid-19, most of my clients are remote. I primarily use Zoom, Facebook Messenger and Facetime depending on each client's preferences. I still have a few that I train with social distancing in mind.

Mask up and social distance or we can do remote training and coaching.

Services

Weight loss and weight control is more than just diet and exercise, it's a holistic lifestyle approach. I've lost 120 pounds and have kept it off for years, but not without struggle. I help my clients identify the root causes of weight struggles and help guide them get to where they want to be.

Exercise is an important part of a healthy you. I personalize weight training and aerobic workouts in balance with any health concerns so you can maintain a healthy body. Workouts are always changing you're never bored with the same old routine.
