I am 100% pleased with Repipe Specialists in every respect and wholeheartedly recommend them. I was especially concerned because I had a preventative repiping of my home done after I’ d just completed a major home remodel and hardwood floor refinishing project. But I was so impressed with the Jer and his crew (**** **** Plumbing) and Michael, the drywall patcher (****** Construction). They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and why. I was especially impressed with how they cared for my flooring by taping paper walkways through my home and laying drop cloths. They arrived on time and worked continuously, with plumbing and drywalling taking one day each to complete. They used care with their equipment - no marks on the walls or moldings. The dust was minimal, and they thoroughly cleaned up before they left. As promised, when they left I couldn’t tell where the repiping work has been done. The drywall holes were well thought out and relatively few (relative to what I had anticipated) and the patching was flawless. It only took a day for me to repaint the patches, and my remodel job was back to perfect. A special note of appreciation to Kevin, the Repipe Specialists sales manager. His knowledge and expertise was impressive and reassuring. Everything he promised was delivered. This was more of an unexpected purchase, but we realized that our pipes were well overdue for giving us problems. After our neighbors experienced flooding in their home we knew it was time to look into replacement. Repipe is obviously the most well known specialist in the area for this, so we called them up and within a few days the rep was out assessing our home's needs. The crew of 3 was quick and got everything completed same day, and their response to a small leak we found was immediate. My only regret is that we listened to the rep in that we wouldn't need to worry about the Main Line for years to come, turns out the return lines from the plumbing is considered part of *that* replacement so our drains are still slow and I need to get someone else out to flush them. The crew also said they would normally recommend doing the Main with everything else from an expert's perspective. For once I was happy to not have a pushy salesman and then I regret it, go figure! Haha. Otherwise our water pressure is INSANE now, used to take me well over 15 minutes to refill my aquarium after a water change and now it's less than 5. It's also wonderful to not have to time when I start the dishwasher/washing machine/flush the toilet based on when someone might be showering. Â We ended up opting for not doing the drywall because of where our fixtures were located and the hubby's ability to do minor patching himself so that did save a lot of money in the end. Owning a home isn't cheap and there's always something needing done, but I feel like this is the best update we've bit the bullet on besides replacing the original 60 year old windows. More...

My shower was down to a trickle so I had to turn up the temp. and then add cold water in order to take a shower. What a difference the repipe job made. I now have hot water almost immediately and full hot water pressure.. Being a single senior I have to admit I was nervous about having this type of work, but Kevin, the estimator made me feel at ease followed by the office staff and then the professional work completed in one day by the installers. The crew from Repipe did a great job. They were very professional and completed the work on time and cleaned up leaving our house just like it was before they started. The price was great and we are very happy with the new pipes. Our house was built in 1942 and had the original galvanized pipes. We recently had to re-pipe our entire house, it’s 110 years old, and was my grandfathers place. The work performed by re-pipe specialist and the “ crew”, was outstanding, start to finish. We were so pleased with the repipe job on our old house. The plumbers came out on the scheduled date at the exact time they said they would arrive, were friendly and courteous and went straight to work. They did the job in an efficient and timely manner and left no mess behind. There were a couple of minor adjustments needed but a quick phone call and they came right out to make things right. They made arrangements for the dry wall repair (which was minimal) as well. There was a team of approximately 6 people who were fast, friendly and efficient. They even laid down new tarps on our new carpet. They also covered all the floors in which they needed access. We recently decided to re-pipe our home at the beginning of our three, bathroom remodel. It made sense for us to get rid of our old, 1970 era, eroding galvanized pipe. So, we check the reviews of Repipe Specialist and decided to give them a call. Once an assessment and plan were in place, our job was scheduled at our convenience. Most of the work was done in one day with an entire crew who were very tidy and respected our home. The second day was dedicated to finishing the job, leaving us with a newly piped house and good feeling. The plumbers even check back with us to make sure everything was in good working order. My galvanized water pipes had become corroded and I needed to replace them. I contacted three companies and chose to go with Repipe Specialists They did a very good job of replacing my pipes in one day, clears out to the street, bored thru the foundation into the crawlspace and into the garage, and replaced all the faucets and the shower head. From the sales rep who detailed the process and cost, to the workers who did the repiping, everyone was very competent, professional and personable. Our 1973 home that had addition added which caused an issue with going through the walls. The guys came up with a solution and ran it past me to verify I was good with that. They also replaced our shower fixtures and now there are no more rules in place while someone is showering :) The workers were on time, and cleaned up thoroughly. Within 24 hours Kevin S***** had reached out to me and we set an appointment to discuss the process and financial options. Initially, I was hesitant due to costs, but Kevin was persistent and got me the best deal he could find within the next week.
