This gym experience is unlike any others in Friendswood. Since the classes are very small, I've gotten individualized attention from the personal trainers that I've never seen elsewhere. If you have an underlying issue (like me with my knees) they are quick to point out ways to improve your form so you don't cause yourself an injury. I met with Sam Cyr for a nutrition analysis and because of his advice I was able to get lean pretty quickly. And it's made a huge difference in my results.
