owner said 125 for deep clean.. I was suspicious because of the company brand advertising carpet and floor cleaning.. to my concern I specifically asked if this is a housekeeping company or do you focus on carpets and flooring ? He said they do both. (He responded to my housekeeping inquiry on bark) I booked.. 2 ladies show up.. they were very nice. Company policy to show towels and mops before use. Cool. We kept out of their way so they can do their jobs. Asking along the way if I liked it and if it was good enough and what am I gonna do ? Be a bitch ? They’re cleaning my house I don’t want to boss them around. I want people to show up and just know the results they’re supposed to deliver. When they thought they were almost done I looked at my floors in my living room and she didn’t mop. She wiped the counters vaccumed the rug. And I tried to probe in a nice way by saying “oh did you already mop in here” and she was like ohh I’ll do that right now.. the other lady was cleaning the bathroom. Once they finished we went through the house for her to ask me if it was good. And I said yes. But I’m not happy with the work and I don’t have the heart to tell people to their face. I do want to say they did a good job cleaning.. reminded me of my own cleaning though.. and that’s just surface cleaning. Whatever’s visible just make it look presentable. Upon inspecting my bathroom all they did was clean the tub wipe the floors and toilet and lazily did the sink. The hardware of the shower and faucet was still untouched, dirty. The shower walls weren’t wiped down. neither was all of the toilet. Back to the living room. I kinda of expected they remove the rug clean under mop all inch of living floor. Vacuum very well. It was just lazily mopped over. My house doesn’t even look like I hired professionals to clean. Definitely probably the best I can do but I don’t pay myself to clean More...

We were very happy with the service provided to us. Reginald and his helper were very friendly, professional, and prompt. The price was very affordable . They actually contacted me to say they could be here earlier than expected. We are very happy with their services and will use them again in the future!
