We met with Lauri Taylor, and we were excited about her ideas and direction, and more importantly, her honesty and passion about what she does. Ten years later, we are still consistently on page one of Google for anyone (internationally, or domestically) searching for our local business. Because of changes in technology, we are also informed about important updates that we should consider. What do you love most about your job?
All 7 of our account managers are somewhat competitive and love the challenge of getting more out of an account each month. We also love the fact that digital marketing is both creative and data based. Creating good ads is fun but studying which ones performed well and understanding why is what gets our clients' better results month after month.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was doing the marketing for my own event planning business about 10 years ago, and realized that I liked the marketing part better than the event planning. I have an MBA and have always loved working in business - so this was a natural fit for me. I became obsessed with Google Adwords and have found like minded account managers along the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
We LOVE what we do. We care. We aren't a big company with hundreds of giant clients. And while monthly reporting is a standard practice for us with all of our clients, we prefer to hop on a call weekly to just check in and be sure that the accounts are performing as they should be. We are also happy to do a screen share to go over the account at any time, explain our reasoning and work with clients on ongoing strategy.
