Services

Every new member participates in a Strategy Session where we sit down and talk about your health history, exercise history, and your fitness goals. During this session we try to dig deep to figure out your "why" behind your goals. The "why" is what is going to keep you motivated throughout your journey. We then move onto the floor to engage in a comprehensive movement analysis to gather all of the information we can about how your body naturally moves and to measure your range of motion. Lastly, we perform a cardio test. This gives us a baseline of where your cardiovascular strength stands. From there we take that information to build you a custom program that is going to get you to your goals as fast as possible.

Private Fitness Training is for those who want to reserve the hour for them and the trainer only.

Similar to the Private Fitness Training, Semi-Private is reserved for those looking to share the hour with up to 3 other individuals. The programming is still individualized but is performed with a team of other highly motivated individuals who will act as your support, camaraderie, and cheerleader.

This service is to provide those who wish to work in more depth on their nutrition habits. Here, we meet you where you are at and devise a plan that works on one small habit at a time that over time compounds into new and healthy lifestyle habits that will help you lose weight, increase lean muscle, improve your energy levels, and maintain all of that for your entire life.
