I am the owner, and customer service, the trainer and the janitor - I do it all! (lol)...After teaching and dancing professionally I knew that I wanted to take on a new challenge. I knew I had a natural understanding of movement and was compelled to get every certification that I could to help people understand their bodies abilities and help them reach a higher potential with a 'mind to body ' method. Over 10 years of coaching experience , certifications, and having to overcome my own chronic pain, through fitness I've not only been fulfilled, but have seen miracles in some of most stubborn of circumstances. That journey keeps me motivated to push beyond what I think Im capable of and share that mentality and all the benefits with people Im lucky enough to call clients. I feel that Ive created relationships and a business that works for people of all ages, abilities, and needs. I offer a fusion style personal training /pilates class and all I ask in return is that you stay openminded, because I can assure that we will do whatever is best to get you results in any capacity, and feeling healthy as soon as possible. That may sometimes entail one day of stretching and yoga , another day of weight training , some days pilates, or even rehab work like therapy and massage. The best part about training with me is that you only need to schedule and communicate with 1 person to experience all of those services.
