Sales team was friendly, only one fee with the sale; not a bunch of finders fees and car waxing fees or the fee for the rustproofing and Simonizing like regular dealerships. And on top of it all they put $10 of gas in the car for me and gave me a $25 Dunkin’ Donuts gift certificate! More...

I highly recommend First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in North Attleboro, MA if you're looking to buy/lease a new vehicle. The salesman & finance team were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They were attentive to our concerns and answered all of our questions on the spot. The facility was exceptionally clean and it had a very comfortable atmosphere. This is the 2nd car we bought here and we could not be more pleased very first day walked in I was met by a gentleman named Barclay. He was so friendly and nice biggest smile to greet you. He showed us around the lot and when I found the car I wanted I was impressed by how quickly we were able to get the financing registration etc. George is a truly a nice guy he explained everything to us and that day we got the car. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing Jeep/dodge vehicles from their newest manager Dennis freeman. Along with siblings and parents it’s probably close to a dozen vehicles over the years while he built up another dealership. Some with decent credit, some not so much. Hello I’m writing this review in regards to my service and the help I had with Sales when coming to first Chrysler I assumed it was going to be like any other dealership but from the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a firm knowledge of the vehicles on hand I was instantly asked if I’d like a bottle of water and then asked what I’d be looking for in a vehicle with the pleasure and the kindness and knowledge that I was greeted with I’ve received it and making a purchase of my ram in which I love and I have to put the song thanks to first Chrysler and a gentleman I worked with thank you and I will being comeing back for more vehicles in the future! Worth the drive. This was my first experience with First Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. And it will not be my last. Starting with the ease of making an appointment to the professionalism of the sales staff. One person in particular stood out the General Sales Manager Dennis Freeman. Once he found out I drove all the way from Connecticut he came out and thanked me personally and informed me in the future I can take advantage of there delivery program and save my self the drive. While I was there waiting for my paperwork I walked over to the service department as I am intrigued by what these people do. And let me tell you I have never seen such clean bays, but also noticed all the customers left with a smile. I simply thought how great must the service be if people are happy when they pay. Wanted to give a shout out to Dennis and his sales team! I visited to do a little window shopping. I found Dennis to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I ultimately decided to wait for the Grand Wagoneer to be released ! I drove down from the cape to shop around for cars not thinking I would end up leaving in one. Thanks to Barclay and the owner George they made it so I was able to do so. With only a few minutes on the clock for the insurance agents office closing George managed to get all the paper work sent over right as they were closing so I was fully insured. They had me registered with new plates within minutes and Barclay made sure I got a great deal on a reliable car that I love. They worked with me all day going between two separate vehicles I was torn between offering me great deals on both! Not to mention the man at the repair shop wasn’t to hard to look at . repair group is awesome. Blake and his team know what they are doing. they are extremely fair and will only do what you need them to do. You have been warned. How is this place in business? And how are these people not in jail? Any positive review of this dealership is likely fake or old. I was bounced around to nearly every person in this dealership and see maybe two names I recognize in the positive reviews. If you don’t have the time to read this full review, know that sales person James, sales manager Josh, service manager Amanda, and finance manager Gulam have no problem lying to your face about anything to sell you a car, make as much as they can off of you, and get you out of their dealership. I did end up working with sales reps Jeff Andrade and Lindsay Iaccabo who were honest, wonderful people that helped me survive this absolute disaster. Not just the worst car purchase experience ever, easily the worst financial transaction I’ve ever had with any business. Now the gory details… Day 1, I see the car online, deal and exactly what I’ve been shopping for. I’m out of state in Delaware so I know it’s an 8 hour drive. I call and speak to sales person James. We work out a deal over the phone, and I ask him to assure me the car is in mechanical and cosmetically good shape before I make the drive. He assures me the car is good as new and its just getting an oil change and new filter so its in the shop. He sends me a couple pictures. I tell him I can take a couple days off work to make the trip the next day to ensure I don’t lose the car to another buyer. He says ok see you tomorrow. Go to pick up the car, text James that I’m almost there, he says he’s out today and to talk to his manager Josh. Called Josh, confirmed my arrival time. Arrive and they take me to the service room where the engine is dismantled (broken cylinder head) and they are waiting on the part. Obviously extremely disappointed and upset, I ask why they would lie about the condition of the car and let me drive 8 hours for no reason. Josh got very angry and defensive and said he told me exactly what was going on with the car and he didn’t know why I “still wanted to drive up anyway”. I told him that was ridiculous and that’s not what he told me. He yelled at me and said he could pull the phone call recording. I told him please do, and he screamed he would not be wasting his time pulling the phone call and told me to have a good night (have a good night after driving 8 hours for nothing, only to be yelled at and called a liar within 10 minutes at the dealership). After going home empty handed, thinking back on the car and the deal. I decided I still wanted it. The car would be fixed, was Certified Pre-Owned, and was a good enough deal I wouldn’t lose money if it didn’t work out. Completed paperwork by mail. Tried to make a down payment but Josh wouldn’t allow it. He said the price was based on 100% financing with their banks. Very weird but whatever, I just paid the car off as soon as I bought it. After a month of back and forth on the phone, they finally tell me it is ready to be picked up. I make the drive again, go for a short test drive and they hand me the keys. Again weird. Asked for paperwork on the CPO and 125 pt inspection, they claim they don’t provide paperwork on that. I asked about the registration they said just put my old plate on the new car (found out later this is illegal) and they’ll overnight the registration to me (never happened). Asked for the manager Josh who I saw sitting in his office and finance manager Gulam said he’s not coming out and “to be honest we hope to never see you again”. Wow. .What did I ever do to these guys besides try to buy a car and hold them accountable Whatever, so I asked him to at least get paperwork proving I purchased the car which he provided – not copies of the original, just some new ones he printed up. Drive off the lot and onto the highway and the car starts to make a loud grinding noise. Turned out the fasteners on the wheel well cover were broken and the plastic was loose and rubbing against the tire. Refused to go back to the dealership, just wanted to get the car to my mechanic and to my local Chrysler dealership. Upon inspection, there was a broken headlight (spoiler they never did an inspection or even a road test after major engine work), small crack in the windshield, missing engine cover, broken and improperly installed rivets on driver and passenger wheel wells, scratched wheel rim, , faulty USB port, door hinges not attached, and some paint scratches that could have been easily buffed…no inspection, road test or prep work done on this car whatsoever. Cost me about $900 to get these issues fixed and parts replaced. Local Chrysler also tells me that the vehicle was never punched in as CPO so it only has original warranty with 1.5 years left. Filed a complaint with Chrysler head office, they reached out to service manager Amanda who promised to send me paperwork on the CPO and 125 pt inspection which she never did. Called Chrysler back and they said the dealership (either Amanda or Josh) told them I agreed to buy the vehicle “AS IS” and therefore it was not CPO. My god, these people are shameless. And still a month later, no sign of title work being done or registration. Title clerk Jodi has not responded to my emails. I receive my title in the mail and it’s the Massachusetts title. They did NO registration, NO title work as was promised and as I paid for. After many texts and phone calls with different people, finally spoke to salesperson Lindsay Iaccabo who was very aware of “the guy from Delaware” and promised to get things right for me despite the owner Joe telling her not to waste her time on me. She apologized for the way everything had happened and asked what I needed. I told her I needed copies of all my original paperwork, a refund for what I paid for title and registration, and I needed the car certified pre-owned as was promised and is outlined in my paperwork. Within 48 hours and a trip to the Delaware DMV, ALL of this was taken care of. After two months of lies and runaround all I needed was a decent human being to help me wrap things up. Sent Lindsay flowers and a big thank you note. My only recommendation is Lindsay finds a new place to work because these people do not deserve her. More...

Part of my Purchase contract was i get free Inspection stickers every year for the life of my car , now i have this in writing & when i called 2 weeks ago to get a sticker and other work done , they refused & said i would have to pay for the sticker , that was not our agreement & I don't appreciate you "changing your terms", Looking at your ratings on the web it seems the past 2 years you've gone downhill , that's okay , i bought my car Brand new from you & i'm due for a new car , i won't be buying it from you , learn to keep your word .

The lack of communication and misleading information was infuriating. I traded my 2017 lease for what I thought (and was told) was the same 2020 model. I go to pick up the car after it was registered and insured and it was missing all of the features of the 2017. They also stuck me with a 12,000 mi per year lease when my 2017 was 15,000. I asked for the manager and was lied to about who the manager was (employee said it was him) and how many days I had to get out of the contract(he said zero it was already signed). They refused to do anything so I had to pay to have the features installed in the new 2020. More...

My mom had bought a car from here flat out in January and the process was fine. We came back two weeks ago because I had needed a new car, and it went terribly. I had found a car I really liked, we took a bit to think it through, and after about a week I received a call asking if I was still interested in the car. I said yes, and they told me that everything was all set to go, and that we could put a deposit on it the next day and come in to buy it the day after that. The next morning I called to double check who to make out the check to, and they told me they were confused because they had someone put a deposit on the car two days earlier. They then proceeded to tell me they "didn't realize" the car had been sold, and basically said oh well you can't have it anymore. I was completely devastated. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I hadn't called to ask about the check, I would've walked in the next day with a check and paid for insurance just to be told oops, we actually lied. Really bad experience with a service .called in for service leaking hoses coming out of the radiator, inexperienced mechanic said it was the water pump pump was covered by the extended warranty so i was charged $600 for a thermostat and flush , picked up the jeep still leaking went back twice to be checked by the manager he found the leak exactly where I had said when I called , they want it to charge me another $300 so I took the car back and still leaking, was never fix, yes they replaced the water pump but that wasn’t the problem so I’m very disappointed with the service and will not recommend any one to go to have the same issue. .good thing I didn’t bought the jeep there so I will never have to go back not even for oil change or nothing More...
