Hi there! I’m Rashida! I am a fairly new coach with quite a bit of life experience. I am a mom, coparent & postpartum depression survivor.

My intention is to empower women (especially moms) to overcome the stress & overwhelm from challenges with clarity & self-grace so they can become the woman they want to be.

Everything you want in life is available to you. My job is to help guide you on your path to your desires.

I struggled a lot as a new & first-time mom while also trying to balance work & life. I learned some hard lessons in the process that re-routed me to a different path that I didn’t think I’d be on.

Despite life not panning out as I planned, I made the decision to work through the challenges.

I found my way through & I want to be a light for other women & moms to do the same.

My strength is empathy. I live authentically & quite transparently. I find that most people are drawn to me because of this.

When you work with me, you will feel seen & heard. I’m extremely committed to helping you find yourself & your way through what you are currently struggling with in life.

Yes! All of my services are virtual. Once we have decided to work together, I will send you a personal Zoom link for our sessions.

We focus on mindfulness as a tool for cultivating more peace, awareness & clarity as you address & move through whatever challenges you’re facing.
