I am from the Deep South so I am always skeptical about BBQ made in the north because people say here that they BBQ burgers and hot dogs Anyways, I had the pulled pork and was immediately impressed with my inspection of the amount of fat to meat ratio. The TX sauce is excellent and so was the Memphis. Highly recommend either. The BBQ beans had great heat and a serious depth of flavor. As you take each bit, the heat gets more intense so drink a Coca Cola to marry it well to produce a great experience. The kaiser roll needs some help. It is a bland choice for me. I would like to see Texas Toast served with it for a full southern experience or go redneck and serve it with white sandwich bread! Cole slaw was not as developed -just mayo tasting to me. It could have been the same complex flavor as the beans if given more focus-I have faith in you because of your beans that you can do it! We will be back for brisket and ribs soon! More...

Rangers was hired for a friends party! Every thing was delicious! Tried a little bit of everything threw out the night! Brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, beans, cornbread and macaroni and cheese! And all of the homemade bbq sauces were on point! Everything was delicious and everyone at the party agreed! I'm just a newcomer (now regular) who discovered Ranger's about a month back. If you love delicious BBQ made by a passionate and ultra-friendly pitmaster for a great value, I highly recommend you visit his food truck when you can! The ribs are very flavorful with an amazing spice rub and the brisket is just melt in your mouth goodness. The pulled chicken has a nice bit of spice to it and the pulled pork is equally given the same tender (in all senses of the word) loving care. Everything has been clearly slow-smoked to perfection. While Doug makes his own BBQ sauces, they are never needed and purely are there to compliment the meals even more. The sides, much like his main courses, are all handmade and equally delicious. Doug at Ranger's BBQ catered a work event at my work today. The food was absolutely amazing and Doug is extremely nice and takes pride in his work. The best barbecue around. The brisket is to die for! And the Texas sauce is the best! Everything is homemade and made with care. I've only had the brisket and pulled pork and both were delicious. Cole slaw and beans were delicious too. Doug, the owner, is a great guy, and he is really helpful with answering questions and making suggestions. And he makes some kick ass barbecue! What a great find! This business takes it's BBQ seriously, with great meats and great attention to the details of the cooking process. The owner, Doug is a pleasure to talk with, very knowledgeable and it's quite obvious, takes great pride in his craft. I hosted a family gathering this past weekend and wanted to feature awesome brisket. Based only on the reviews and after talking with Doug, I pre-ordered 4 lbs. of lean brisket, without ever tasting it from Ranger's BBQ. The care in how it was packaged for me, along with the instructions Doug offered were excellent. Everyone raved about the brisket at my party! So tasty! This is one great BBQ place! Hard to find good Q in NH. The proprietor does an outstanding job on not only the meats, but the sides as well. The beans are smoked and to die for. He has taken painstaking time to perfect his craft and does so deliciously . He even makes his own bbq sauces which compliment the food perfectly. Stopped here with a buddy last Sunday afternoon and Doug treated us like kings! He put together sampler plates for us with pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, and the fabulous ribs-- we wanted to try it all and there wasn't anything that wasn't excellent! For an appetizer we tried the beans & bacon. Mmmmmm, not going to find anything like that around. (Note: as of March 2019, Doug's truck isn't by Home Depot as stated in other reviews. To start the owner Doug is a very personable guy who clearly cares about what he does. The food was awesome. I got their combo plate. A pulled pork sandwhich, 2 ribs, and their outstanding BBQ baked beans. Pulled pork was flavorful, ribs were seasoned and fall off the bone, and the beans were some of the best I've had and I eat out alot at BBQ spots all over. We decided not to go to the other places for Father’s Day Lunch. So, we decided to try Ranger’s BBQ for the first time today.
Boy, this was the best decision!!!! While we were ordering, they gave a sample of the Mac’N’Cheese! It creamy and delicious made with three different cheeses.
We ordered all the meats! Today, they even had brisket. The pulled pork and chicken were moist with just the right amount of seasoning. The brisket was wonderful moist.
The ribs are St. Louis style. There was a lot of meat on them ribs. The rack of ribs with just the dry rub on them were out of this world. They are the BEST ribs in Nashua.
The sauces are all homemade. You could taste the love in each of them. There were five sauces to choose from mild KC to Texas hot. The depth of flavor, sweetness and heat were balanced perfect.
The baked beans with huge pieces of bacon have a sweet mild spice to them. They were definitely homemade.
I just wish they had collard greens. But, space is at a premium in the truck. This wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
Just make sure to check to see, if they are there parked in the Home Depot lot next to the Pheasant Lane Mall. They do catering and special events.
They mentioned the will be at the Mayor’s Street Dance Party. You have to check them out!!!!

Today was our first visit. Being homeowners, we frequent Home Depot and had been wanting to try this BBQ truck as it's right there in the parking lot.
Luckily we got there just in time before the pulled pork and ribs ran out for the day -- clearly it's a popular place! The food was great (especially the smoked beans, holy moly!) and Doug was so friendly and personable. We even discovered while chatting that our upcoming wedding date is his wedding anniversary. :) We will be back for sure! Thanks Doug!

Doug has clearly put in a lot of time and thought into his BBQ. I found his business on Yelp when I knew I would be in the area and man am I psyched I did.
I visited today, July 26 and they had just run out of Ribs (something that doesn't usually happen till later in the day) so I had the pulled pork sandwich with his own killer Memphis BBQ Sauce!!! Wow, I don't know what he's doing differently...but it's goooooooood!!!!!
I've eaten BBQ in all the usual places, KC, Memphis, Texas (although admitted I didn't get to all the places I wanted to go there), North Carolina, Georia and even some of the less-know places like Chicago (Try Green Street!) and I would put Rangers up at the top. Is it the very VERY best, no. Is it some of the best I've had in New England? Definitely!
Oh so, Doug informed me he had sold out because someone came through and bought 4 full racks and others had taken the rest...but he'd have more in an hour or 2. Sure enough, I had a friend pick me up some as she mentioned she was nearby...Getting a full rack and another pulled pork sandwich. Verdict on the ribs..? Excellent. Not too fatty. Fall off the bone. Taste was smoky/meaty and just plain awesome!!!! People don't realize how much work goes into excellent ribs. Doug, if you read this-I will be back and with more friends! Next time I do have to try some sides.

This place is great. Service was quick, and access is easy. For those wondering, this is in the parking lot of the Home Depot in Nashua. Reasonable prices for a lunch combo with a sandwich or ribs, and one or two sides. I tried the mac and cheese, which was great, a white-sauce pasta almost like alfredo. A lot of places around here lean heavy on cheddar, so this was a nice change. The pulled pork sandwich was stuffed full. There are three sauces to choose from. I tried a mix of their signature and spicy, and found it had a good heat but was not overwhelming. Best of all, the owner was super friendly. Tried this truck recently and had the pleasure of meeting Doug the owner. This guy does it right and better than anyone around. .Pulled pork was probably the best I've had in years! The ribs were dripping with moisture and still stayed nicely on the bone (as they should) with a nice dry rub flavor. I got sauce for the side and only used a tiny bit. If you like real bbq this is the place I go. And Doug is a super friendly talkative guy ... Awesome! Can't say enough about this !! More...

Went for the first time yesterday and it was great! I had the combo with pulled pork, ribs and beans. I can believe I haven't tried this place sooner. I've been looking for good bbq in the area and this place delivered. Ribs needed no sauce as the dry rub was incredible...pulled pork was melt in your mouth (and really loved the Texas hot sauce), and the beans were like candy!
