Randy Cakes provided custom cupcakes for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Nothing special about that, except my daughter is in VA on a school trip and I placed the order from Canada. Randy Cakes made the cake for my bridal shower, wedding reception, as well as the cupcakes for our post wedding brunch. Every single cake was beautifully decorated and delicious! For our wedding reception we chose the lemon blueberry cake with Swiss buttercream frosting. Aly made sure the flowers on the cake matched our decor perfectly. The cake and cake pops for my daughters wedding were exquisite. We were able to get gluten free and she even did low sugar for us. We have been searching for gluten-free cupcake pops since my daughter was diagnosed with celiac a couple of years ago. We called local cupcake places and contacted gluten-free bakers and no luck. I stumbled upon her at a baby event locally. Had one taste and knew she was the one to make by baby shower cake! I sent her 2 pictures of what I liked and what she made was everything I imagined. She suggestion, what we went with was her blueberry lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing and it was a HIT!! It was all everyone at the shower was talking about them and for weeks!! Great find for cakes and cake pops. Creativity and taste which often times do not go hand in hand. If you need to taste and see for yourself, go to Wellness Farmers Market at the Gum Spring Library Parking Lot in Aldie VA on a Saturday morning. You will not be disappointed.
