We specialize Prime Rib, Polish Buffets, Taco Bars, and Italin Buffets.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our menu selections are expansive and include Prime Rib, Brisket, Lemon Chicken, Polish Buffet, Taco Bars, and Italin Buffet.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Love of music and entertaining. Nearly 20 years ago meeting the love of my life, we new we enjoyed being close to other couples that have found their significant other.
