Review is past due. This  is not my account, but my husband's. I got my carpet cleaned two weeks before my due date and Ivan and the other person did an okay job. I had a baby item in on the floor and they did not clean the area. When they were done, they left in a hurry. 5 minutes after they left, I called Ivan to tell him they skipped an area and his response was I had an item on the floor so they did not clean it. Mind you, he could have told me to move the package so he could clean the area, but he told me they had another job to do and he would have to come back another day to clean the area. In my opinion, that was bad customer service, especially to a 38 week pregnant woman. I never called him back to get the area cleaned due to the conversation Ivan and I had. My husband got another cleaning company to clean the area since our baby crib was going to be there. More...

Ivan and his crew came in on a Saturday morning to steam clean 6,000 square feet of carpet in our commercial building. They got the job in about 4 hours. Ivan was extremely responsive, arrived early and gave a very fair price. It was very easy to work with him. His crew was able to get out a lot of the stains. Would definitely recommend his work! I had a lot of pieces that needed major cleaning and he really came through! The pieces went from being filthy and had lots of stains on them to looking almost brand new, some were unrecoverable but still looked very clean nonetheless. I was very disappointed with my recent experience with this carpet cleaning service. After years of being dissatisfied with the results of a carpet cleaner who used a portable unit, I began using Ramos Carpet Cleaning because they had the ability to do a deep cleaning with a unit that connected to an exterior hose. I used them twice before and was happy with their result. I recently used them however, and they did not want to use the same process as before and continued to pressure me into using the portable unit because it was quicker and easier for them. I repeatedly told him that I did not want the portable unit because it did not clean as well as the exterior unit from their van. The employee then became agitated and aggressive with me. I am a single female and I literally felt bullied into taking the service I did not want. He then used the portable unit, which took about 15 o 20 minutes to clean my living room carpet. I was then charged me $180, the same amount they charged for the more time consuming cleaning using the exterior unit. I felt ripped off and not listened to. This was extremely poor customer service and I will not use them again.In response to the owners response below, his response is not accurate. When he initially arrived there was no parking in front of my building for the connection to the exterior hose. Before he could unload the portable unit and bring it up to my apartment however, a parking space in front of the building became available. Despite my repeated requests though, he refused to park his van in the space and perform the deep cleaning with the truck mount that I requested. Also, I never previously permitted him to do a steam cleaning of my living room carpet with a portable unit. He kept telling me this but I told him that I would have never permitted this. Lastly, he is correct that the $180 charge was the same as the prior two charges and included scotch guard of the living room carpet and a cleaning of a small hallway runner. In the prior two visits however, the $180 charge also included not only the hallway runner, but also a steam cleaning of a large living room area rug. Since I had just purchased a new living room area rug, I did not need it cleaned. No deduction was taken for not cleaning a living room rug this time and no deduction was taken for using a portable unit which is less time consuming. More...
