I worked a s a Vice President of a multi national company for 20 years . I achieved success very early in my life yet the long hours of work and stress took a toll on my health.

I developed severe back pain that made it difficult for me to carry out my regular activities. I was taking 12 painkillers a day, yet the pain would not go away .

I consulted doctors but the medical tests were normal. The doctors suggested that I take rest and work on my stress level . That’s when I decided to take my health into my own hands.

I tried various modalities to heal myself and eventually succeeded. I even climbed the Himalayas at an altitude of 16,000 feet, a feat that was unthinkable just a few years ago.

But it wasn't just physical healing - I also had to work on my mindset and emotional wellbeing.

I learned tools and techniques to manage my stress and anxiety, like meditation and deep breathing exercises.

My main challenge was I could not do meditation and sit for even 5 minutes quietly .

That’s where I discovered subconscious mind techniques .

I learned mind programming techniques , practised them aggressively without questioning my mentors and that helped me in building resilience and maintain a positive outlook.

I made exercise a part of my daily routine and focused on strengthening my core and back muscles. I also paid attention to my posture and made adjustments to my workspace and home ergonomics to minimize strain on my back.

I also sought out professional help from Ayurvedic and Naturopathy doctors who specialised in backpain . They provided me with specific therapies ,exercises and stretches to target my problem areas.

Another tool I used to manage my stress and anxiety was gratitude and forgiveness .

I made a habit of taking a few minutes every day to reflect on my thoughts and emotions, which helped me gain perspective and stay centered. I went into a habit of introspection and questioning my behaviors .

Eventually, my hard work and dedication paid off. I was able to heal my back pain completely and achieved a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

I earned a certificate in counselling and healing and became a certified psychotherapist , which allowed me to deepen my knowledge and help others.

In the last two years I did more than 300 sessions with clients for whom conventional medicine was not working and in 100% of the cases I was able to bring them out of their discomfort and reverse their diseases .

Now, I want to share this knowledge and experience with others who may be struggling with back pain or any chronic pain .

Having experienced the severity of chronic pain firsthand I understand my clients pain very well . Also having researched and applying the techniques on myself have made me understand what works and what doesn’t .

Today I combine hypnotherapy with cell regeneration techniques , body whispering , color therapy , neurolinguistic programming and energy healing - the combination of these modalities turbocharges the therapy results and delivers faster and profound results .
