I really enjoy establishing the working relationship with the client that aides in gaining mutual trust and respect
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inpired to starting my business because of my strong desire and passion to be active just as I did when I was playing football. Human movement fascinates me and so I also get my inspiration through that.

I am a huge motivator and accountability trainer. I like pushing my current clients passed levels of potential that couldn't possibly imagine and bring out that inner beast they have to be encouraged.

Yes we have a awesome online coaching program using our unique software system we can provide the client their own custom workout and meal plan tailored to their own specific needs. The software app is free for all clients with real time chat for accountability and support

Sports Specific Training
The sports specific training concept to which I teach is sprinting mechanics that help athletes in run faster while learning technique concepts for both acceleration and top speed.
Sprinting mechanics helps clean the athletes deficiencies in speed and improving this skill through various drills and concept applications applicable to becoming a faster sprinter.
