What’s your signature dish?
Everything is outstanding, but if I had to choose it would be my chickens. I do turkeys during the thanksgiving holiday as well.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Competitive prices for quality bbq. I am a small service compared to some, so I always keep my prices within a reasonable range.
What do you love most about your job?
Customer interactions. Getting positive feedback from the customer and exceeding their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hearing alot of negative feedback about bbq places around the area. Also getting positive feedback from tough critics.

I am dedicated individual. I'll do whatever it takes to make sure everything is above par, and my clients have an amazing, quality experience.

I do provide services on weekends. I generally take orders mid week, then cook and deliver on weekends. If I get too busy then Ill talk to the client about pick-up.

I always take the proper precautions when handling food for others.
