Sunday March 6, 2022 we ate lunch here (not our first time). We drive a two hour round trip just to eat here. I think there were only 2 servers this day, Colter and Todd. Colter was host and server and was very busy wearing two hats. He kept a big smile on his face, was very professional, accurate and polite. He made each patron feel like they were the only one there. He was very calm under pressure. Today is Sunday March 13, 2022 and we’re making that two hour drive again. We arrived for lunch and asked for Colter. Lovely Allison said he had the day off and she’d be our server. WOW, another greaaaaat server! She was everything Colter was and more… she was thoughtful about my recent shoulder replacement, she sat everything down so I didn’t have to use my right arm, how thoughtful of her. I had to mention the great employees first 👍🏼. Now onto the delicious food! My husband always eats the filet mignon with the lava potato and strawberry salad! I usually eat the cod dinner with the strawberry salad…but these last two times I’ve ditched the delicious cod for my favorite, Grouper!!! OMGOODNESS, they’re carrying Grouper for Lent, I’m hoping they keep it on the regular menu…please, please, please. 😂. When we would go to Florida every year, before the virus stopped us, I would be known to eat Grouper at least for two meals a day, sometimes three. So to see Raging Bull has Grouper in their menu, makes me all warm and happy ❤️ Great places are hard to find, and when I do, I tell everybody and their brothers. Ok first of all waitress was great, let's get that out of the way. Hostess was pleasant when was dealing with customers, but was or showing vary unhappy when she was not dealing with customers. Could tell she was vary stressed with the night. Food was way overpriced although was creative is presentation. I ordered a ribeye culinary blue or in other words as rare as they can cook the steak and it came out medium slightly pink and warm in the center. When I gave my order I explained to the waitress that this was the second time I've visited this establishment and that last time the steak was way overcooked and yet again the steak was way overcooked. Waitress stated that she would have them cook me another one I did tell her that it was all right not to worry about it I ate the rest of my food I did not eat the steak. After fully paying for it because I did not want the bill to be reduced I asked to speak with the manager the waitress stated not a problem she would let them know about 5 minutes later she came back and said that the owner was too busy but here's a $25 gift card. Told her again not to worry about it and I refuse to take the gift card. She did go back to the manager and or owner and he instructed her to ask me to reconsider. the fact is that I understand if they were extremely busy he didn't feel the need to speak with a customer who has verbally and obviously was unhappy with the food as I did not eat the steak and then for the second time refused to take a $25 gift card at which time the manager and or owner should stop whatever they were doing and realize that there was something else other than just the quality of their food but once again he chose not to come out I will not ever revisit this restaurant and I did not take the $25 gift card if I was interested in receiving a discount or reduction on my check I would have not paid first prior to complaining to the manager, or try to complain to the manager they were too busy to care. and as I stated earlier the waitress she went above and beyond on an $80 bill I gave her and above average tip.I would suggest if you are going to run a steakhouse restaurant and charge the rates that you do $49 for a porterhouse steak as an example that only comes with a potato and a salad you might want to care more about your customers that's just a suggestion.Addition to after reading other complaints one star or two star reviewsThe owner and or manager does respond it looks like to every review and every time someone has only given one or two stars a common theme appears telling the customer all they had to do was ask for a manager and her owner well sir I did not once not twice but three times and you are too busy More...

2 appetizers were blah. 2 prime ribs, cold and chewy. Weird tacos weren’t good and covered in fries. Pork chop was cold, overly seasoned and tough. Baked potatoes were decent, but they forgot the chives. We mentioned the problems to the host, but she just shrugged it off. $120 waste, will not be returning and suggest others make alternate plans. Not a fan.  The French Director of Sales USA was not very good, beef was dry, cheese not melted and bread was very basic. I ordered baked beans and they were microwaved . Now, with this said you ask if it was busy?  No, I was early and only person in restaurant for at least 10 minutes.  Lastly, bartender poured the worst drinks I have had in a long time.  I won't go again! We were traveling through Missouri last week. In need of a good meal, and stumbled across this place. Even though they were closing in 15 minutes, we were still seated, without question. Super friendly staff even though they knew they would not be getting out of work in a few minutes. (I work in retail, and the last minute customer is a pain in butt) Food was amazing and our waiter was awesome. We really appreciated the excellent food & great service. 8/12/21 visited for lunch. Friendly greeting upon arrival and quickly seated. Server (Brian J.) was helpful answering questions and made some very good suggestions! The KC Strip was perfectly done as ordered and tasted amazing. The baked potato was done creatively with a unique presentation too! You just have to see it and you’ll agree! Salad was also delicious w a pecan raspberry flavor blended in! Great experience overall with friendly customer service and will definitely return for another visit!
